To Whom It May Concern:
With reference to the above subject, enclosed is:
Road and Drainage Plans -CK #2 Grading Plan
Engineers Estimate ECP Plan
ACTION REQUIRED:
Resubmit plans and /or other data in accordance with changes in red.
Review the following:
1. The grading permit application has been forwarded to the Planning Division for
environmental review. Fees for creation and distribution of an environmental document
are typically in the range of $6,500. The Planning Division will contact you regarding
further processing requirements.
2. The grading plans have been forwarded to the Planning Division for review and comment.
Submit an electronic copy of plan notes in Word format for review and amendment.
3. County General Plan Policy COS-P8.1 requires the use of native plants for revegetation.
Native seeds shall be utilized for erosion control and revegetation.
4. Public Resources Code 4290 requires the removal of downed vegetation prior to final
inspection. Vegetation/slash piles shall be removed by either chipping on site, removing
to a green waste facility, or burning under a permit issued by the Butte County Air Quality
Management District.
5. Submit $700 inspection deposit to the Land Development Division prior to final inspection.
