OWNERSHIP OF THE WELL It is agreed by the above mentioned parties that the owners of the following parcels shall share the use of the well located at 11975 Hwy 70,Concow,CA,APN:058-200-085.The water well shall be shared equally between the owners of APN:058-200-084,and 058-200-085.Sbe.i-E-GAL,S EXHIBIT £-Dfe£T)^●PERMITTED USES C2-ocU Each party shall be entitled to use their share of the water for domestic purposes as well as for landscape,garden,or orchard.When drilled the well was 180 feet deep and was producing 24 gallons per minute. COST OF MAINTENANCE Cost of maintenance and repairs to the well and pump shall be shared equally by each owner of the parcels.Each owner shall be responsible for pipe and faucets on their own parcel as well as the pipe needed to access their parcel. ACCESS AGREEMENT Owner of parcel APN:058-200-084 shall have access to the well for the sole purpose of obtaining water,as in,running pipes,maintaining pipes,pump servicing or assisting in maintenance of well located on parcel APN:058-200-085.See Exhibit C .
