Re:PreApp19-0057,Environmental Health Pre-approval for the issuance of an Administrative
Permit for the Operation of a Temporary RV Park under Urgency Ordinance.Chapter Butte
County Code,to assist Fire Victims in conjunction with the Camp Fire.

The referenced project is preapproved by the Environmental Health Division of Butte County
for wastewater handling and the use of the water well for RV park occupants based on the
following conditions;
1.Wastewater will be plumbed to the existing septic system that was installed in 2002,
The system was observed by the Environmental Health division at that time.The septic
system is allowed to have up to seven RV units plumbed to it.When the park no longer
has a current Administrative permit issued by the Butte County Development Services
to operate as a Temporary RV Park,the septic system may no longer be used for
receiving wastewater unless a construction permit is obtained from the Environmental
Health Division and the septic system undergoes evaluation and repair to bring it into
current code compliance.
2.The water system must be sampled and have a full inorganics panel conducted within
30 days of the Administrative Permit being issued.The following constituents must be
tested for;
