Pursuant to Butte County Code section 20-180.3, Michael D. & Danette L. Bonner have submitted an application to Butte County for a parcel Merger (Planning File # MER24-0009) to combine two (2) parcels: APN 069-340-026 (0.30 acres) and APN 069-340-027 (0.411 acres) totaling 0.711 acres. The site is at 482 Hillcrest Ave, in unincorporated Oroville in the Glendale Ridge Subdivisions Unit #1. APN 069-340-027 is developed with a single-family dwelling, where a portion of the structure falls on APN 069-340-026. APN 069-340-026 is otherwise undeveloped. The parcels have a Very Low Density Residential General Plan land use designation and are zoned VLDR (Very Low Density Residential).
This project affects only the two parcels listed above. Your parcel boundary will not change. You are being notified because the parcel you own is located within 300 feet of the two project parcels.
The above-mentioned application is on file and available for public review at the office of Butte County Department of Development Services, Planning Division, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. Comments must be submitted in written form on or before Friday, November 25, 2024, to the
Department of Development Services, Planning Division. The Zoning Administrator will review and approve this merger application, on or after this date, if the proposal is found to be in compliance with the requirements of the County’s ordinance and consistent with the General Plan.
If you challenge the above application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or
someone else submitted in written form to the Department of Development Services, Planning Division, on or before Monday, November 25, 2024.
