HomeMy WebLinkAboutTPM24-0002 Public Hearing Notice-Publishing BUTTE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TPM24-0002 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Butte County Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA., on November 20, 2024, at 10:00 am. Public comments will be accepted in-person at the meeting or may be submitted prior to the meeting. Use the following information to remotely view the Zoning Administrator meeting. (Pursuant to recent changes to the Brown Act Teleconferencing Rules, no online public comments will be taken): Link: https://bcdds.net/DS_ZA Event Password: Zoning Phone number: United States Toll-Free: 1-408 418-9388 Event (Meeting) Number: 2556 943 7030 Project Description: Proposed Tentative Parcel Map (TPM24-0002) to subdivide 9.99 acres in the Very Low Density Residential (VLDR) zone into three single-family residential lots with sizes of 6.99-ac (Parcel 1); 1.50-ac (Parcel 2); and 1.50-ac (Parcel 3). The project parcel is currently developed with a single-family dwelling and assorted accessory structures. The project site is located at 6590 Upper Palermo Rd on the western side of Durham-Dayton Highway, approximately 600 feet south of Maple Lane, in Oroville; APN: 026-030-006 Butte County is recommending that this project be found exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061 (Common Sense Exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines. The application is on file and available for public review at the office of Butte County Department of Development Services, Planning Division, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965. Comments regarding the application may be submitted in writing at any time prior to the hearing or orally at the scheduled hearing listed above or as may be continued to a later date. If you challenge the above application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
