Subject: Notice of Application Approval – Planned Development Rezone (PUD21-0001), Vesting
Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM21-0002), and Minor Use Permit (MUP21-0002) for the Tuscan
Ridge Development Project; APN: 040-520-104 through 111.
Dear Applicant:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held on December 10, 2024, your
Planned Development Rezone, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, and Minor Use Permit applications
were approved.
Please contact the Butte County Public Works Department to complete the tentative subdivision map
conditions of approval and recordation of the subdivision map. Public Works is located at 7 County
Center Dr., Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.538.7681. Please contact me
regarding requirements for the rezone and minor use permit.
The conditions of approval must be met for Phase 1 within twenty-four (24) months (12/10/2026)
from the date of approval by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, or the approval will expire and be
considered null and void. or prior to the map expiring, you can submit in for a map extension. Map
extensions should be filed a minimum of 30 days prior to expiration.
