The property is vacant land consisting of two parcels,above referenced APN that were
erroneously merged in 2023.The Merger request should have included old APN 035-226-
004 and 005.Instead,005 and 006 were merged (due to typographical error no one caught),
thus requiringthis fix.
The property is vacant land zoned for multi-use in both General Plan and Zoning and is
Located west of Lincoln Blvd.in south Oroville at MarysvilLe-Baggett Road and Helman
Street.The property is level and is served by public sewer from Lake Oroville Public Utility
District and water from South Feather Water and Power Agency.Both utilities are at street
frontage.
Please see Merger 23-0012,approved Jan.26,2024 for additional background information.
This request will place the lot lines where originally intended,balancing the acreages for
both lots in preparation of future activity,to be determined.
Adjacent land uses are residential.There are abandoned railroad easements and alleyways
