RE: Fire’s Comments for LLA24-0014
Fire has reviewed all submitted documents for the proposed lot line adjustment located on APN’s
035-226-004 and 035-226-005. This project is located in the Local Responsibility Area (LRA) and
is not within a Fire Hazard Severity Zone. Butte County Fire Department is the Fire Department
having jurisdiction and has no comment. In addition to this memo, Trakit has been updated, and
the review status changed to approved.
