Dear Kevin Jaradah,
Butte County Department of Development Services, after review by relevant authorities,
has determined that the issuance of the Alcoholic Beverage Control license (Type 20) at
the property located at 14126 Skyway, in Magalia, for All The Best Market & More, would
serve the public convenience or necessity at this location, in that:
• The Department of Development Services requested a review for a Finding of Public
Convenience of Necessity by the Butte County Sheriff’s Office, Butte County
Administration Office, Paradise Unified School District, District 5 Supervisor, and
Butte County Building Division. No comments were received.
Enclosed, you will find form ABC-245 and Butte County Board Resolution 95-089
authorizing the Department of Development Services to grant exceptions to the
Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control moratorium on granting new alcohol licenses.
