Re: Sacramento Valley LP (Verizon Wireless”) Administrative Development Review for a 6409 Eligible Facilities Request of a collocation at the existing wireless telecommunications facility located at 1527 16th Street, Oroville, CA 95965. APN 030-110-081-000 Verizon Wireless is seeking to modify the exiting wireless site at the above-referenced address. We are
submitting this application as eligible facilities request under Section 6409, referenced in included package. Please find enclosed the following documents in support of our application to obtain Development Review Approval and to submit plans to the Building Department concurrently: 1. Planning Application 2. 6409 Project Support Statement
3. Site Plans As a 6409 Eligible Facility Request, Verizon believes the 60-day FCC shot clock applies. We request determination of whether the application is complete within 30 days of submittal. As this is a 6409 EFR, we are asking to concurrently submit this project to the Building Department. I am the project
