Action Requested -1) ADOPT THE RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE CODE AMENDMENTS ARE NOT A
"PROJECT" AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN; AND 2) INTRODUCE AND WAIVE THE FIRST READING OF
THE ORDINANCE.
