HomeMy WebLinkAboutTPM24-0004 LAFCO Response 1.30.25 Response to Preliminary Review Application Pursuant to the Master Cooperative Environmental Review Agreement, this Preliminary Review Application Response provides affected local agencies with a preliminary review of a proposed County development that may require LAFCO consideration and is based on the factors to be considered by the Commission pursuant to Government Code Section 56668. The PRA Response is NOT a staff recommendation or pre-approval, but serves only to provide baseline data and assumptions based on the information provided. Date Request Received: 1-28-25 APN: 068-030-135 County Project No. TSM 24-0004 Name of Proponent: Jim Teresi Anticipated Services to be Requested: Domestic Water - South Feather Water and Power Agency 1. Is the affected territory as described by the applicant, located within the affected districts' jurisdictional or sphere of influence boundaries? The affected territory is located within the jurisdictional boundary of the South Feather Water and Power Agency and LAFCo has no restrictions on the provision of this service. 2. If located outside the jurisdictional boundaries but within the sphere of influence of the districts, LAFCo shall determine whether the annexation is consistent with its policies and provide any likely annexation conditions. Not Applicable. 3. The affected territory as described by the applicant is presently located within the sphere of influence boundaries of the following affected local agencies: City of Oroville 4. Should the subject development proposal require a LAFCo action, the County as the Lead Agency pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) shall identify the LAFCo action in the project description and approval documents. The absence of an accurate description may affect LAFCos ability to utilize the Lead Agency environmental determination. 5.
