APN: 039-460-097 (9339 La Rose Court, Durham) Dear Steve and Mari Ann: You have contacted the Planning Division to determine your setback on the above parcel. The parcel is zoned VLDR and is 0.9 acres as identified per recorded map Durham Estates Phase 4 (Book 154 Pages 35/38 Lot 40). The parcel met the 1-acre minimum of the zoning when the application was submitted to divide the parent parcel. As part of the recorded map, La Rose Court was offered for dedication and accepted by the County. This resulted in a net acreage of 0.9 acres. Setback requirements for the parcel are based on the next acreage, which is 0.9 acres.
