Dear Mr. Waters,
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Planning Commission held on April 24, 2025, your request for a
six (6) year extension of TSM22-0003 to December 14, 2031 and modificaitons to the approved conditions,
were approved. The modified conditions of approval are enclosed. This approval will go into effect after the
10-day appeal period, which ends on Monday, May 5, 2025.
Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Department, Land Development
Division to complete the conditions of approval and record the final map. Public Works is located at 7 County
Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.552.5727.
The conditions of approval for TSM22-0003 must be met by the expiration date of December 14, 2031, or
the approval will be considered null and void.
