Dear Mr. Perkins,
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Zoning Administrator held on April 30, 2025, your request for a
six (6) year extension of TPM23-0006 to July 5, 2031, was approved. This approval will go into effect after
the 10-day appeal period, which ends on Monday, May 12, 2025. No changes to the Conditions of Approval
or Approved Map from TPM22-0014 were made.
Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Department, Land Development
Division, to complete the conditions of approval and record the parcel map. Public Works is located at 7
County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.552.5727.
The conditions of approval for TPM23-0006 must be met by the expiration date of July 5, 2031, or
the approval will be considered null and void.
