Hello Board Members and CAO Pickett,
Below is a link to an action news story, which you may have already seen. Since there are a lot of
inconsistencies and erroneous information, I want to provide you with an update on factual
information regarding the Great Danes:

The individual being interviewed (Max Hecker) is not in the database for animal control
related incidents or reporting at all – his wife is but only for licensing a dog in 2007. Neither of
them have ever called in a complaint to Butte County Animal Control
Going back several years, a search related to these dogs, found no complaints regarding
aggressive behavior.
Animal control received two calls regarding these dogs, one on May 1st and the second on the
day the Park fire started – both calls indicated the dogs were running loose and appeared
underweight. A response to the first complaint found the dogs were thin but not to a degree
that any intervention was required. At the time of response there were only six dogs seen.
I am sure more information will come out on this case and we will keep you informed if we learn
more.

Dear Civil Counsel,
I petition for your agency to fully profile all within your jurisdiction against my person human rights abuse,
and take in accordance with legal due process action.
I petition for your agency to take all within your jurisdiction civil action to ensure my Hauke Park, Mill
Valley, CA 94941 campsite's security by sustaining my emotional support animal and lifestyle prescriptions
until I am able to restore my housing access, or before the public courts otherwise recovery my livelihood,
and enforcing my medical prescriptions before public law enforcement. I have been provided my lifestyle
prescriptions to restore my livelihood and sustain my right to life, liberty and security, in accordance with
Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, through the streaming ten year subpoena process to
uphold equal and humane service, care and justice before the public courts to address all human rights abuse
(e.g. war; health status; climate change; public corruption; debt; the trafficking, possession, and use of illicit
narcotics; racial discrimination and illegal immigration; prostitution and pornography; domestic abuse; and
indigency).
I petition for no warrant to for my arrest to be taken by the City of Mill Valley, or County of Marin, regarding
my Hauke Park, Mill Valley, CA 94941 adjacent campsite. Janet Farhie, M.D. has verbally agreed that Moro
is my emotional support animal, and that she and I are secure in my campsite until I am able to secure
housing a move into a new home via the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services IMPACT Team, County
of Marin. The Mill Valley Police Department on 08/11/2024 ordered for I to vacate my campsite within 48
hours, in Janet Farhie, M.D.'s verbal order denial; causing Moro and I to move to our last summer Hauke
Parke, Mill Valley, CA 94941 adjacent campsite, where I petition to be secure from relocation and warrant
for my arrest.

Mandatory one-year moratorium prevents homeowners insurance
cancellations and non-renewals in areas of Northern and Central
California
August 14, 2024 —Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara issued a
mandatory one-year moratorium on insurance companies to preserve
residential insurance coverage for more than 185,000 policyholders
affected by the Park, Borel, and Gold Complex fires. The Commissioner’s
Bulletin shields those living within the perimeters or adjoining ZIP Codes
of these fires from insurance non-renewal or cancellation for one year
from the date of the Governor’s emergency declarations regardless of
whether they suffered a loss
The Department of Insurance is deploying staff to wildfire disaster areas
to assist survivors in filing claims and protect communities from potential
insurance fraud and abuse. Consumer services experts are available in-
person to answer questions at Local Assistance Centers and enforcement
officers are on the ground in areas near the Park Fire, meeting with
residents and coordinating with local law enforcement.

Commissioner Lara’s ability to issue these moratoriums is a result of a
California law that he authored in 2018 while serving as a state senator in

declared wildfire disaster.

that their home and future will remain covered by insurance as they recover

implement proactive solutions that address the impacts of climate change
and extreme wildfires on our communities.”

homeowners. Today’s order protects over 185,000 policyholders for one
year, effective July 26, 2024, for the Park and Gold Complex Fires and July
30, 2024, for the Borel Fire. Consumers who were non-renewed prior to the
emergency declaration date and are unable to obtain insurance or are
dissatisfied with their current coverage should contact the Department of
Insurance for assistance in shopping for insurance.
Consumers can go to the Department of Insurance website to see if their ZIP
Code is included in the moratorium. Consumers should contact the
Department of Insurance at 800-927-4357 or via chat or email
