Promotional Video
PACE stands for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the
Elderly. The program helps older adults, 55 or older, providing
all the medical and social services they need, while allowing
them to live independently in their own home. Currently the
closest PACE program operates out of Sacramento with a
territory reaching into Sutter County. Join Shasta Health in the
drive to bring PACE into our rural Northern Region!

This is our final drive to obtain vital neighborhood voice
throughout the region as we wrap up the activity under our
Local Aging and Disability Action Planning Grant (LADAP) The
survey date will feed directly into our formation of a Rural
Master Plan for Aging Template for the region in collaboration
with the CA Master Plan for Aging 5 Bold Goals for 2030. Please
help spread the survey to your family, friends, organizations and
agencies. Our survey focus is age 50+. Questions? Want social
