Watch the new PACE Promotional Video PACE stands for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. The program helps older adults, 55 or older, providing all the medical and social services they need, while allowing them to live independently in their own home. Currently the closest PACE program operates out of Sacramento with a territory reaching into Sutter County. Join Shasta Health in the drive to bring PACE into our rural Northern Region!
