User comment: The new Civics Clerk platform does not allow for the public to see public comments
and votes in the agendas in the days between when the agendas become available to the public to
when the meeting takes place. Now public comments have to be submitted first through the clerk
and are subject to her censorship and delays- which can take days to weeks before they are
submitted. Public comments used to be visible and discoverable in internet search results. Now they
are hidden and difficult to find in archives.
