User comment: What are the plans to address the fact these fires were caused by
mismanagement and lack of resources to secure life limb and property of the people of this
county. The Biochar Coalition and various other ecological stewarding agencies has been
advocating for alternative treatments to handle the threats we face. Paula Danyluk states the
planning department is doing all they can so support ecological stewarding initiatives and I fail
to see that and would like an explanation as to what is being done to assist our class 1 eco
local systems in butte county. Thank you.
