He spoke about the tragedy of the Maui Fire. “Imagine being a person in Maui who lost their home; they give you $700, and then you still can’t rebuild. According to Joe Rogan, Jimmy adore, and Maui residents, it’s because the entire situation is a blatant land grab.” In accordance with the California Emergency Services Act Section 8630 (b) (California ESA) the governing body must ratify the proclaimed emergency within (7) days for it to remain in effect. Once the proclamation is ratified it must be renewed every 30 days per the California ESA. This law was not followed for COVID and tragically many lives were lost or became disabled from the harmful mRNA injections which were inflicted upon innocent adults and children. BUTTE COUNTY RESIDENTS YOU MUST RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF THE COVID “VACCINES” and HOSPITAL PROTOCOLS In fact, “Pfizer CEO Albert Boula explains to the World Economic Forum there’s a surplus of 7,000,000,000 doses of his COVID ‘vaccines’ sitting in warehouses because there aren’t enough educated populations that believe the ‘vaccines’ are doing well.“ The CEO of Moderna: “It’s sad to say I’m throwing 30 million doses of the coronavirus ‘vaccines’ into the garbage because no one needs them. We have a big problem with demand.” Let me warn you, people are NOT buying what the Butte County Board of Supervisors and Public Health are selling. Even Bill Gates said, “The ‘vaccines’ don’t have much in the way of duration, and they’re not good at infection blocking.” And Andrew Wakefield says, “72% of Americans are either not getting the first dose, not getting the second dose, or not getting the booster. This is an abject failure on behalf of that vaccine program. Bill Gates is a broken man…the public do not trust them anymore.” Which is what many in this community have been telling Board of Supervisors for a long time. We have learned that these drugs are actually harming and killing people which has also been exposed by the Pfizer documentation. And to make matters worse they actually spread the pandemic. We don’t trust YOU or them! People are thinking logically and I believe YOUR and THEIR days are numbered. I sent you the video of the “vaccine” injured. Hours after Danielle’s second dose of the Pfizer “vaccine” she fell ill. She said, “I’m a shell of what I was.” Then she stood up as her body violently shook to show you what she now has to go through everyday. Then Angelina explained she began having convulsions and was unable to walk. She would beg her doctors, “Please help me!” Candace experienced painful burning and pricking in her legs and back three weeks after her second COVIID “vaccine”. She spent 28 days in the hospital and was discharged without a diagnosis. It is not ethical that they sent me home with a walker and an order for a potty chair,” she says. “Why aren’t your hearts broken? This is a humanitarian crisis. People are suffering. It’s inhumane and not moral. It could be your mother. It could be your child.” STOP the harm being perpetrated on our communities! People are learning the truth and are suing over COVID mandates that hurt themselves and their families and infringed on their constitutional and medical liberties. I believe YOU are going to loose as more and more people are going to file more and more lawsuits. There is NO approved FDA “vaccine”. People were “tricked” into taking the “vaccine” and abiding by harmful mandates such as covering their faces. Just as the World Health Organization will learn there is NO treaty that overrides the Constitution. The Constitution is our absolute protection. YOU must learn to abide by We the People. YOU can’t take away our GOD given rights. We were born with them. I recommend this Board and others including DA Ramsey stop saying, “It’s the law.” The only people who appear to breaking the “law” are the public officials - not the People. COVID Code enforcement was illegal and I have sent you countless documentation of the real laws of our land. Must I remind everyone of the Bay Area Transparency, YouTube video, titled “THAT’S FINE! BRING IT!!!!!“ with almost 400,000 views where he claims, “Worst behavior of public servants you have ever seen in your life”? This video is representative of Butte County and it’s an embarrassment to our communities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQ_vBvYSbm4 It breaks my heart to watch the video I sent you of Dr. Paul Marik. He is the second most cited ICU doctor in the USA. He broke down in tears talking about the humanitarian catastrophe that is being caused by COVID “vaccine” side effects. It’s not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense. It’s an experimental gene therapy injection that is maiming and killing people at an unprecedented rate. The consequences are going to be great on our society. On the other hand it is deeply disturbing Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to not care what is happening in our community and around the world, and I hope will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your indifference to other people’s pain is shocking, appalling and deeply saddens me. Especially since you have been given a privileged position and should profoundly care about the people you serve. Where is the Covid-19 Update on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda? You are appear to be trying to STOP this message from getting out to the public. How can Board of Supervisors and Public Health promote and distribute a “vaccine” under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) when you both claim there is NO emergency. “There may be a United States Emergency Use authorization (EUA) for babies to five years old - I must conclude that we are looking into an abyss of evil not seen since the 1945.” Naomi Wolf. You must end ALL health emergencies, end any and ALL mandates, STOP this shot in Butte County, completely and truthfully inform the public, and do NOT implement ANY mandates in the future. The Public is able to make their own health decisions and do NOT need interference - especially from local government. You have NO legal rights (perhaps have been) and will be practicing medicine without a license. There is NO emergency in Butte County and NEVER has been an emergency regarding Covid-19. Butte County Public Health is required by law to prove we were in an actual emergency and it’s the Board of Supervisors’ job to make sure that this legal obligation was fulfilled. NO Butte County Health Officer has ever attended and provided evidence, as required by law, to support a local health emergency. You have removed the Covid-19 Update in Butte County; however, I watch the Covid-19 Update in other counties. This is a requirement of law and it takes away the residents’ right to be informed and give their opinions and concerns which is a First Amendment right and required by the Brown Act. I demand you place it back on the agenda until ALL health emergencies have been eliminated and the Emergency Use Authorization Criteria is null and void and no “vaccines” are allowed and a new set of laws will be in place. Ms. Danette York, Board of Supervisors, (and others) need to be held liable for preventing evidence that does not provide the whole picture and information on
