SUBJECT: BECHTEL TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP

WELL TEST RESULTS
Dear Paul:
We have reviewed the well test results prepared by Precision Pump & Well Drilling dated October 10,
2024 for the existing well located on the project site. They found the flowrate to be approximately 46
gallons per minute (GPM) over a test time of two hours.
We additionally reviewed well reports for three parcels near the project. The flowrates for these wells
ranged between 100 and 300 GPM.
All of the referenced well reports are attached for your information.
Based on this information, it is our opinion that wells drilled on the remaining ten lots for this subdivision
will meet or exceed the flow requirements of Section 12.02-2.1.a of the Butte County Improvement Plans
for Subdivisions, Parcel Maps and Site Improvements.
