I am Dr. Creed Tumlison, an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Administration at California State University, Bakersfield. I am currently conducting a study to understand the opinions and attitudes of individuals in California towards issues associated with Carbon Removal in California’s Central Valley, including awareness, risks and benefits, and policy preferences. As part of that study, I am asking that you volunteer to participate in a survey entitled Carbon Removal Survey. You can click the link below to begin the survey. Purpose of the survey study: The purpose of this study is to survey Californian’s attitudes and preferences towards various public issues and related policies. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this study. Procedures and length of participation: If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to respond to an internet survey that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participation in this survey study is voluntary: I will ask questions about current issues, including your opinions and concerns regarding related government policies. In the unlikely event that any of these questions make you uncomfortable, you may skip that question and continue with the survey. You may also quit the entire survey at any time.
