comment. At the last meeting you did not announce
my comment and didn’t know I sent two! In an effort
to look professional this needs to be remedied
immediately. I shouldn’t have to call you on the phone
to make sure my comment is received, read, and
consideration is given to my time and trouble to
engage in the political process. Don’t forget I send two
comments. I always send the updated VARES
(enclosed) numbers for the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to see and have for their decision making.

Board of
Supervisors

Supervisors

changed
agenda
management
software
for
all
of
our
meetings
going
forward.
Though
this
new
software
is
going
to
increase
our
efficiency,
unfortunately
it
won’t

feature.

any

outside
of

will
have
to

either
