Vera Sharav, Holocaust Survivor, Speech: “Unless All of Us Resist, Never Again is Now” I came
to Nuremberg to provide historical context to the current global threat confronting our civilization.
The past (4years) have been especially stressful - as painful memories were rekindled.
In 1941, I was 3 when my father was forced from our home in Romania and deported to Ukraine.
We were herded into a concentration camp - essentially left to starve. Death was ever-present. My
father died of typhus when I was 5.
In 1944, as the Final Solution was being aggressively implemented, Romania retreated from its
alliance with Nazi Germany. The government permitted several hundred Jewish orphans under
the age of 12 to return to Romania. I was not an orphan. My mother lied to save my life.
I boarded a cattle car train - the same train that continued to transport Jews to the death camps -
even as Germany was losing the war. Four years elapsed before I was reunited with my mother.
Moral norms and human values were systematically obliterated. The Nazi system destroyed the
social conscience. Millions of people were worked to death as Slave laborers. Others were
abused as experimental human Guinea pigs.
The Holocaust did not begin in the gas chambers of Auschwitz’s and Treblinka. The Holocaust
was preceded by nine years of incremental restrictions on personal freedom and the suspension
of legal rights and civil rights.
The stage was set by fear-mongering propaganda. A series of humiliating discriminatory
government edicts demonized Jews as “spreaders of disease,” We were compared to lice.
The real viral disease that infected Nazi Germany was Eugenics - Eugenics is the elitist ideology
at the root of all genocides.
Eugenics is clocked in a mantle of pseudo-science. It was embraced by the academic and
medical establishment as well as the judiciary - in Germany and the United States. Eugenics
justify social and economic inequity.
They legitimize discrimination, apartheid, sterilization, euthanasia, and genocide. The Nazis called
it “ethnic cleansing” - for the protection of the gene pool. Medicine was perverted from its healing
mission and was weaponized. First, it was to control reproduction through forced sterilization; then
it was to eliminate those deemed to be “sub-human” - Untermensxhen. The first victims of medical
murder were 1,000 German disabled infants and toddlers. This murderous operation was
expanded to an estimated 10,000 children up to age 17.
The next victims were the mentally ill; they were followed by the elderly in nursing homes. All of
these human beings were condemned as “worthless eaters”. Under Operation T-4 designated
hospitals became killing stations where various extermination methods were tested - including
Zyklon B - the gas that was used in the death camps.
The objective of the Nazi Final Solution was to annihilate the entire 11 million Jewish Population
of Europe as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Nazi enacted discriminatory laws; they
utilized modern technology; low-cost industrial methods; an efficient transportation system; and a
highly trained bureaucracy that coordinated the industrial genocidal process. The objective was
high speed, maximum efficiency at lowest cost.
The human casualties of this unprecedented genocide were six million Jews and nine million other
people whom the Nazis dehumanized as Utermenshen, “sub-human”.
The purpose of the Holocaust memorials is to warn and inform future generations about how an
enlightened, civilized society can be transformed into a genocidal universe ruled by absolute
moral depravity. If we are to avert another Holocaust, we must identify ominous parallels before
they poison the fabric of society. Since the Nazi era, the study of history and most of the
humanities - have been overshadowed by an emphasis on utilitarian science and technology.
As a result, few people recognize foreboding similarities between current policies and those under
Nazi regime. By declaring a state of emergency - in 1933 & in 2020, constitutionally protected
personal freedom, legal rights, and civil rights were swept aside. Repressive, discriminatory,
degrees followed.
In 1933, the primary target for discrimination were Jews; today, the target is people who refuse to
be injected with experimental, genetically engineered “vaccines”. Then and now, Government
dictates we’re crafted to eliminate segments of the population.
In 2020, government dictates forbade hospitals from treating the elderly in nursing homes. The
result was mass murder. Government decrees continue to forbid doctors to prescribe life-saving,
FDA approved medicines; and government-directed protocols continue to kill.
The media is silent - as it was then. The media broadcasts a single, government-dictated narrative
- just as it had under the Nazi Germany few individuals objected; those who did were imprisoned
in concentration camps.
Today, doctors and scientists who challenge the approved narrative are maligned; their
reputations trashed. They risk losing their license to practice as well as having their homes and
workplace raided by SWAT teams.
The moral significance of the Nuremberg Code cannot be overstated: The Nuremberg Code is the
most authoritative, internationally recognized document in the history of medical ethics.
The landmark document was formulated in response to the evidence of medical atrocities
committed by Nazi physicians and scientists.
The Code sets forth moral boundaries for research involving human beings.
The Nuremberg Code rejects the ideology of Eugenics and unequivocally asserts the primacy and
dignity of the individual human being - as opposed to “the greater good of society”.
American jurists who formulated the Nuremberg Code incorporated the official 1931 German
“Guidelines for Human Experimentation” authored by Dr. Julius Moses. The Guidelines remained
legally in force until 1945. The Nazis violated them in their entirety. Dr. Moses, who was Jewish,
was deported to Theresienstadt where he died.
The Nuremberg Code defined foundational, universal, moral, and legal standards; affirming
fundamental human rights.
These human rights apply to every human being. The Code sets limits on the parameters of
permissible medical experiments.
Equally important, the Nuremberg Code holds doctors and research investigators personally
responsible to ensure the human subjects’ safety and to ensure that the person gave his
voluntary, fully enformed consent. The stands of the Nuremberg Code are incorporated in the
International Criminal Code. They are legally applicable today in peacetime and during war.
The objective of the Nuremberg Code is to ensure that medicine, never again deviates from the
precautionary ethical principle, “First, do no harm.”
The Nuremberg Code has served as a blue-print for subsequent national and international codes
of human rights - to ensure that:
-the rights and dignity of human beings are upheld;
-and to ensure that medical doctors never again engage in morally abhorrent experiments.
-Like the Ten Commandments, not a word of the Code May ever be changed.
The first ten ethical principles lays down the foremost ethical requirement - which is spelled out in
great detail:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have capacity to give consent; should be so situated
as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force…
constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements
of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened
decision. This…requires that before the acceptance…of an affirmative decision by the
experimental subject…(he) should be (informed of) the nature, duration, and purpose of the
experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all unconvinced and hazards
reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come
from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the rests upon individual who initiates,
directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be
delegated with impunity.
The genocidal culture that permeated the Nazi regime did not end in 1945. It metastasized in the
United States. At the end of the war, US government agents helped 1,600 high ranking Nazi
scientists, doctors, and engineers to evade Justice at Nuremberg.
These Nazi technocrats facilitated the murderous Nazi operations. They were Hitler’s partners in
crimes against humanity. They were secretly smuggled into the U.S. under Operation Paperclip.
This was in violation of explicit orders by President Harry Truman. These Nazi criminals were
placed in high-level positions at major American scientific and medical institutions where they
continued their work.
What’s more, these Nazi technocrats trained a generation of American scientists, doctors, and
engineers. This is how Nazi methods, and the immoral disregard for human values were
entrenched in America.
In 1961, in his farewell address to the nation, President Dwight Eisenhower warned against the
increasing domination of “the military-industrial complex” whose “total influence - economic,
political, even spiritual - is felt (everywhere).
Eisenhower warned: “We must be alert to the danger that policy could itself become the captive of
a scientific-technocrats elite.”
In 1979, a report to the President, by the U.S. Commission on the Holocaust, chaired by
Auschwitz’s survivor Elie Wiesel warned, “the inclination to duplicate the Nazi option and once
again to exterminate millions of people remains a hideous threat.”
Those who declare that Holocaust analogies are “off limits” are betraying the victims of the
Holocaust by denying the relevance of the Holocaust. The Nuremberg Code has served as the
foundation for ethical clinical research since it’s publication 75 years ago.
The COVID pandemic is being exploited as an opportunity to overturn the moral and legal
parameters laid down by the Nuremberg Code.
The Nuremberg Code is our defense against abusive experimentation.
Humanity is currently under siege by the global heirs of the Nazis. A posse of ruthless,
interconnected, global billionaires have gained control over national and international policy-
setting institutions.
They have embarked on implementing a diabolical agenda:
-Overthrow Democracy and Western civilization;
-Depopulate the global population;
-Eliminate nation-states and establish One World Government
-Eliminate cash and establish one digital currency;
-Inject digital IDs and artificial intelligence capabilities into every Human being. If these objectives
become a reality, we will be digitally surveilled 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In May 2022, the World Economic Forum in DAVOS, Klaus Schwab, the architect of the dystopian
Great Reset declared: “Let’s be clear, the future is not just happening; the future is built by us, a
powerful community here in this room. We have the worlds’ natural resources, financial resources
and to replace humans with Transhuman robots.”
Klaus Schwab’s lead advisor is Yuval Noah Harari, an Oxford University trained, Israeli. Harari is
a proponent of the New Eugenics and Transhumanism.
Harari refers to humans as “hackable animals” He declared: “We have the technology to hack
humans on a massive scale…”
Harari despises the very concept of God. Transhumanists despise human values, and deny
existence of a human soul. Harari declares that there are too many “useless people.” The Nazi
term was “worthless eaters.”
This is the new Eugenics. It is embraced by the most powerful global billionaire technocrats who
gather at DEVOS: Big Tech, Big Pharma, the financial oligarchs, academics, governmental
leaders and the industrial complex. These megalomaniacs have paved the road to another
Holocaust.
This time the threat of genocide is Global in scale. This time, instead of Zyklon B gas, the
weapons of mass destruction are genetically engineered injectable bioweapons masquerading as
“vaccines”.
This time, there will be no rescuers. Unless All of US Resist, Never Again is Now.

Below are some (not all) of the federal crimes implicated by Covid-19, plus a starter list of related
state crimes.
Divine Law
The Ten Commandments as explained in the 1962 St. Joseph’s Baltimore Catechism of the
Catholic Church, Vol. 2.
First: I am the Lord thy God; thou shalt not have strange gods before Me. By the first
commandment we are commanded to offer to God alone the supreme worship that is due Him. It
is sinful to worship another god, be it Buddha, Money, Science or Public Opinion.
Second: Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. By the second commandment
we are commanded always to speak with reverence of God, of the saints, and of holy things, and
to be truthful in taking oaths and faithful to them and our vows.
Third: Remember thou keep holy the Lord’s day. By the third commandment we are commanded
to worship God in a special manner on Sunday, the Lord’s day.
Fourth: Honor thy father and thy mother. By the fourth commandment we are commanded to
respect and love our parents, to obey them in all that is not sinful, and to help them when they are
in need. Besides our parents, the fourth commandment obliges us to respect and obey all our
lawful superiors.
Fifth: Thou shalt not kill. By the fifth commandment we are commanded to take proper care of our
own spiritual and bodily well-being and that of our neighbor. The fifth commandment forbids
murder and suicide, and also fighting, anger, hatred, revenge, drunkenness, reckless driving and
bad example.
Sixth: Thou shalt not commit adultery. By the sixth commandment we are commanded to be pure
and modest in our behavior.
Seventh: Thou shalt not steal. By the seventh commandment we are commanded to respect what
belongs to others, to live up to our business agreements, and to pay our just debts. Besides
stealing, the seventh commandment forbids cheating, unjust keeping of what belongs to others,
unjust damage to the property of others, and the accepting of bribes by public officials.
Eighth: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. By the eighth commandment we
are commanded to speak the truth in all things, but especially in what concerns the good name
and honor of others. The eighth commandment forbids lies, rash judgment, detraction, calumny,
and the telling of secrets we are bound to keep.
Ninth: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife. By the ninth commandment we are commanded to
be pure in thought and desire.
Tenth: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s goods. The tenth commandment forbids all desire to
take or to keep unjustly what belongs to others, and also forbids envy at their success.

government; and participation in a strike, or assertion of the right to strike, against the
Government of the United States.
18 USC 4 - prohibits misprision of felony: having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony
cognizable by a court of the United States, and concealing/making same known the same to some
judge or other person in civil or military authority
18 USC 175 - prohibits development, production, stockpiling, transfer, acquisition, retention, or
possession of any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon, or knowingly
assistance to a foreign state or any organization to do so, or attempts, threats, or conspiracies to
do the same
18 USC 201 - prohibits bribery of public officials and witnesses
18 USC 229 - prohibits development, production, acquisition, transfer, receipt, stockpiling,
retention, owning, possessing, using, or threatening to use, any chemical weapon; and assisting
or inducing, in any way, any person to do so, or conspire to do so.
18 USC 241 - prohibits conspiracy against rights: conspiring to injure, oppress, threaten, or
intimidate any person…in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him
by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same.
18 USC 242 - prohibits deprivation of rights under color of law: under color of any law, statute,
ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjecting any person…to the deprivation of any rights,
privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
18 USC 371 - prohibits conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
18 USC 641 - prohibits conspiracy to embezzle, steal, purloin, or knowingly convert use of
government public money, property or records
18 USC 666 - prohibits theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.
18 USC 872 - prohibits extortion by officer or employee of the U.S.
18 USC 875 - prohibits extortion through interstate commerce.
18 USC 912 - prohibits impersonating a federal officer
18 USC 1001 - prohibits falsification and concealment of material facts
18 USC 1031 - prohibits major fraud against the United States: knowingly executing, or attempting
to execute, any scheme with the intent (1) to defraud the United States; or (2) to obtain money or
property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, in any grant,
contract, subcontract, subsidy, loan, guarantee, insurance, or other form of Federal assistance.
18 USC 1035 - prohibits false statements related to healthcare matters: in any matter involving a
health care benefit program, knowingly and willfully—(1) falsifying, concealing, or covering up by
any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; or (2) making any materially false, fictitious, or
fraudulent statements or representations, or making or uses any materially false writing or
document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or
entry, in connection with the delivery of or payment for health care benefits, items, or services.
18 USC 1038 - prohibits false statements and hoaxes: engaging in any conduct with intent to
convey false or misleading information under circumstances where such information may
reasonably be believed and where such information indicates that an activity has taken, is taking,
or will take place that would constitute a violation of 18 USC Chapter 2, 10, 11B, 39, 40, 44, 111,
or 113B of this title, section 236 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2284), or 49 USC
Section 46502, the second sentence of Section 46504, Section 46505(b)(3) or (c), Section 46506
if homicide or attempted homicide is involved, or Section 60123(b).
18 USC 1040 - prohibits fraud in connection with major disaster or emergency benefits: knowingly
(1) falsifying…by any trick…any material fact; or (2) making any materially false, fictitious, or
fraudulent statement or representation, or making or using any false writing or document knowing
the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation, in
any matter involving any benefit authorized…in connection with a major disaster declaration under
the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5170 or 42
U.S.C. 5191), or in connection with any procurement of property or services related to any
emergency or major disaster declaration as a prime contractor with the United States or as a
subcontractor or supplier on a contract.
18 USC 1091 - prohibits genocide
18 USC 1111 - prohibits murder
18 USC 1113 - prohibits attempts to commit murder or manslaughter
18 USC 1117 - prohibits conspiracy to commit murder

18 USC 1622 - prohibits subornation of perjury: procuring another to commit any perjury

18 USC 2017 - prohibits concealment, removal or mutilation of public records
18 USC 2331(1) - prohibits international terrorism: “violent acts or acts dangerous to human life
that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a
criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State; that
appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of
a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass
destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of
the United States, or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are
accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which
their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.”
18 USC 2331(2) - prohibits domestic terrorism: “acts dangerous to human life that are a violation
of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or
coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;
or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping;
and occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”
18 USC 2332a - prohibits use, threats, attempts or conspiring to use Weapons of Mass
Destruction, including “any weapon that is designed or intended to cause death or serious bodily
injury through the release, dissemination, or impact of toxic or poisonous chemicals, or their
precursors…and any weapon involving a biological agent, toxin, or vector.”
18 USC 2332b - prohibits acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries.
18 USC 2332d - prohibits financial transactions with the government of any country supporting
international terrorism.
18 USC 2333 - provides civil remedies in US courts for any national of the United States injured in
his or her person, property, or business by reason of an act of international terrorism, or his or her
estate, survivors, or heirs.
18 USC 2339 - prohibits harboring or concealing terrorists.
18 USC 2339A - prohibits providing “material support or resources or concealing or disguising the
nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources, knowing or intending that
they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out acts of terror.” Material support includes
“any property, tangible or intangible, or service, including currency or monetary instruments or
financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses,
false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal
substances, explosives, personnel, and transportation.”
18 USC 2339B - prohibits providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist
organizations.
18 USC 2340A - prohibits torture: “an act committed by a person acting under the color of law
specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or
suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within his custody or physical
control.”
18 USC 2381 - prohibits treason: levying war against the United States or adhering to their
enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, while owing
allegiance to the United States.
18 USC 2382 - prohibits misprision of treason: having knowledge of the commission of any
treason against the United States, but concealing and not disclosing same to the President or to
some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular
State.
18 USC 2383 - prohibits rebellion or insurrection: inciting, setting on foot, assisting, or engaging in
any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or
giving aid or comfort thereto.
18 USC 2384 - prohibits seditious conspiracy: two or more persons…conspiring to overthrow, put
down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or
to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of
any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United
States.
18 USC 2385 - prohibits advocating overthrow of US government, Constitution and laws:
“knowingly or willfully advocating, abetting, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability,
or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government
of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof.”
18 USC 2441 - prohibits war crimes as defined by the 1949 Geneva Conventions, Common
Article 3, including torture; cruel or inhuman treatment; performing biological experiments; murder;
mutilation or maiming; intentionally causing serious bodily injury; rape; sexual assault or abuse;
taking hostages; outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading
treatment.
18 USC 3331 - authorizes US District Courts to convene Special Grand Jury investigations of
criminal acts by public officials and to accept reports…(1) concerning noncriminal misconduct,
malfeasance, or misfeasance in office involving organized criminal activity by an appointed public
officer or employee as the basis for a recommendation of removal or disciplinary action; or (2)
regarding organized crime conditions in the district.
15 USC 1-8 - prohibits trusts in restraint of trade.
15 USC 19 - prohibits interlocking directorates and officers.

Now” I came to Nuremberg to provide historical context to the current global threat confronting
our civilization. The past (4years) have been especially stressful - as painful memories were
rekindled. In 1941, I was 3 when my father was forced from our home in Romania and deported
to Ukraine. We were herded into a concentration camp - essentially left to starve. Death was
ever-present. My father died of typhus when I was 5. In 1944, as the Final Solution was being
aggressively implemented, Romania retreated from its alliance with Nazi Germany. The
government permitted several hundred Jewish orphans under the age of 12 to return to
Romania. I was not an orphan. My mother lied to save my life. I boarded a cattle car train - the
same train that continued to transport Jews to the death camps - even as Germany was losing
the war. Four years elapsed before I was reunited with my mother. Moral norms and human
values were systematically obliterated. The Nazi system destroyed the social conscience.
Millions of people were worked to death as Slave laborers. Others were abused as experimental
human Guinea pigs. The Holocaust did not begin in the gas chambers of Auschwitz’s and
Treblinka. The Holocaust was preceded by nine years of incremental restrictions on personal
freedom and the suspension of legal rights and civil rights. The stage was set by fear-mongering
propaganda. A series of humiliating discriminatory government edicts demonized Jews as
“spreaders of disease,” We were compared to lice. The real viral disease that infected Nazi
Germany was Eugenics - Eugenics is the elitist ideology at the root of all genocides. Eugenics is
clocked in a mantle of pseudo-science. It was embraced by the academic and medical
establishment as well as the judiciary - in Germany and the United States. Eugenics justify social
and economic inequity. They legitimize discrimination, apartheid, sterilization, euthanasia, and
genocide. The Nazis called it “ethnic cleansing” - for the protection of the gene pool. Medicine
was perverted from its healing mission and was weaponized. First, it was to control reproduction
through forced sterilization; then it was to eliminate those deemed to be “sub-human” -
Untermensxhen. The first victims of medical murder were 1,000 German disabled infants and
toddlers. This murderous operation was expanded to an estimated 10,000 children up to age 17.
The next victims were the mentally ill; they were followed by the elderly in nursing homes. All of
these human beings were condemned as “worthless eaters”. Under Operation T-4 designated
hospitals became killing stations where various extermination methods were tested - including
Zyklon B - the gas that was used in the death camps. The objective of the Nazi Final Solution
was to annihilate the entire 11 million Jewish Population of Europe as quickly and efficiently as
possible. The Nazi enacted discriminatory laws; they utilized modern technology; low-cost
industrial methods; an efficient transportation system; and a highly trained bureaucracy that
coordinated the industrial genocidal process. The objective was high speed, maximum efficiency
at lowest cost. The human casualties of this unprecedented genocide were six million Jews and
nine million other people whom the Nazis dehumanized as Utermenshen, “sub-human”. The
purpose of the Holocaust memorials is to warn and inform future generations about how an
enlightened, civilized society can be transformed into a genocidal universe ruled by absolute
moral depravity. If we are to avert another Holocaust, we must identify ominous parallels before
they poison the fabric of society. Since the Nazi era, the study of history and most of the
humanities - have been overshadowed by an emphasis on utilitarian science and technology. As
a result, few people recognize foreboding similarities between current policies and those under
Nazi regime. By declaring a state of emergency - in 1933 & in 2020, constitutionally protected
personal freedom, legal rights, and civil rights were swept aside. Repressive, discriminatory,
degrees followed. In 1933, the primary target for discrimination were Jews; today, the target is
people who refuse to be injected with experimental, genetically engineered “vaccines”. Then and
now, Government dictates we’re crafted to eliminate segments of the population. In 2020,
government dictates forbade hospitals from treating the elderly in nursing homes. The result was
mass murder. Government decrees continue to forbid doctors to prescribe life-saving, FDA
approved medicines; and government-directed protocols continue to kill. The media is silent - as
it was then. The media broadcasts a single, government-dictated narrative - just as it had under
the Nazi Germany few individuals objected; those who did were imprisoned in concentration
camps. Today, doctors and scientists who challenge the approved narrative are maligned; their
reputations trashed. They risk losing their license to practice as well as having their homes and
workplace raided by SWAT teams. The moral significance of the Nuremberg Code cannot be
overstated: The Nuremberg Code is the most authoritative, internationally recognized document
in the history of medical ethics. The landmark document was formulated in response to the
evidence of medical atrocities committed by Nazi physicians and scientists. The Code sets forth
moral boundaries for research involving human beings. The Nuremberg Code rejects the
ideology of Eugenics and unequivocally asserts the primacy and dignity of the individual human
being - as opposed to “the greater good of society”. American jurists who formulated the
Nuremberg Code incorporated the official 1931 German “Guidelines for Human Experimentation”
authored by Dr. Julius Moses. The Guidelines remained legally in force until 1945. The Nazis
violated them in their entirety. Dr. Moses, who was Jewish, was deported to Theresienstadt
where he died. The Nuremberg Code defined foundational, universal, moral, and legal
standards; affirming fundamental human rights. These human rights apply to every human being.
The Code sets limits on the parameters of permissible medical experiments. Equally important,
the Nuremberg Code holds doctors and research investigators personally responsible to ensure
the human subjects’ safety and to ensure that the person gave his voluntary, fully enformed
consent. The stands of the Nuremberg Code are incorporated in the International Criminal Code.
They are legally applicable today in peacetime and during war. The objective of the Nuremberg
Code is to ensure that medicine, never again deviates from the precautionary ethical principle,
“First, do no harm.” The Nuremberg Code has served as a blue-print for subsequent national and
international codes of human rights - to ensure that: -the rights and dignity of human beings are
upheld; -and to ensure that medical doctors never again engage in morally abhorrent
experiments. -Like the Ten Commandments, not a word of the Code May ever be changed. The
first ten ethical principles lays down the foremost ethical requirement - which is spelled out in
great detail: The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that
the person involved should have capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to
exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force…constraint or
coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the
subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.
This…requires that before the acceptance…of an affirmative decision by the experimental
subject…(he) should be (informed of) the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the
method and means by which it is to be conducted; all unconvinced and hazards reasonably to be
expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his
participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the
rests upon individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and
responsibility which may not be delegated with impunity. The genocidal culture that permeated
the Nazi regime did not end in 1945. It metastasized in the United States. At the end of the war,
US government agents helped 1,600 high ranking Nazi scientists, doctors, and engineers to
evade Justice at Nuremberg. These Nazi technocrats facilitated the murderous Nazi operations.
They were Hitler’s partners in crimes against humanity. They were secretly smuggled into the
U.S. under Operation Paperclip. This was in violation of explicit orders by President Harry
Truman. These Nazi criminals were placed in high-level positions at major American scientific
and medical institutions where they continued their work. What’s more, these Nazi technocrats
trained a generation of American scientists, doctors, and engineers. This is how Nazi methods,
and the immoral disregard for human values were entrenched in America. In 1961, in his farewell
address to the nation, President Dwight Eisenhower warned against the increasing domination of
“the military-industrial complex” whose “total influence - economic, political, even spiritual - is felt
(everywhere). Eisenhower warned: “We must be alert to the danger that policy could itself
become the captive of a scientific-technocrats elite.” In 1979, a report to the President, by the
U.S. Commission on the Holocaust, chaired by Auschwitz’s survivor Elie Wiesel warned, “the
inclination to duplicate the Nazi option and once again to exterminate millions of people remains
a hideous threat.” Those who declare that Holocaust analogies are “off limits” are betraying the
victims of the Holocaust by denying the relevance of the Holocaust. The Nuremberg Code has
served as the foundation for ethical clinical research since it’s publication 75 years ago. The
COVID pandemic is being exploited as an opportunity to overturn the moral and legal
parameters laid down by the Nuremberg Code. The Nuremberg Code is our defense against
abusive experimentation. Humanity is currently under siege by the global heirs of the Nazis. A
posse of ruthless, interconnected, global billionaires have gained control over national and
international policy-setting institutions. They have embarked on implementing a diabolical
agenda: -Overthrow Democracy and Western civilization; -Depopulate the global population; -
Eliminate nation-states and establish One World Government -Eliminate cash and establish one
digital currency; -Inject digital IDs and artificial intelligence capabilities into every Human being. If
these objectives become a reality, we will be digitally surveilled 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. In May 2022, the World Economic Forum in DAVOS, Klaus Schwab, the architect of the
dystopian Great Reset declared: “Let’s be clear, the future is not just happening; the future is
built by us, a powerful community here in this room. We have the worlds’ natural resources,
financial resources and to replace humans with Transhuman robots.” Klaus Schwab’s lead
advisor is Yuval Noah Harari, an Oxford University trained, Israeli. Harari is a proponent of the
New Eugenics and Transhumanism. Harari refers to humans as “hackable animals” He declared:
“We have the technology to hack humans on a massive scale…” Harari despises the very
concept of God. Transhumanists despise human values, and deny existence of a human soul.
Harari declares that there are too many “useless people.” The Nazi term was “worthless eaters.”
This is the new Eugenics. It is embraced by the most powerful global billionaire technocrats who
gather at DEVOS: Big Tech, Big Pharma, the financial oligarchs, academics, governmental
leaders and the industrial complex. These megalomaniacs have paved the road to another
Holocaust. This time the threat of genocide is Global in scale. This time, instead of Zyklon B gas,
the weapons of mass destruction are genetically engineered injectable bioweapons

Commandments as explained in the 1962 St. Joseph’s Baltimore Catechism of the Catholic
Church, Vol. 2. First: I am the Lord thy God; thou shalt not have strange gods before Me. By the
first commandment we are commanded to offer to God alone the supreme worship that is due
Him. It is sinful to worship another god, be it Buddha, Money, Science or Public Opinion.

we are commanded always to speak with reverence of God, of the saints, and of holy things, and

commandment obliges us to respect and obey all our lawful superiors. Fifth: Thou shalt not kill.
By the fifth commandment we are commanded to take proper care of our own spiritual and bodily
well-being and that of our neighbor. The fifth commandment forbids murder and suicide, and
also fighting, anger, hatred, revenge, drunkenness, reckless driving and bad example. Sixth:
Thou shalt not commit adultery. By the sixth commandment we are commanded to be pure and
modest in our behavior. Seventh: Thou shalt not steal. By the seventh commandment we are
commanded to respect what belongs to others, to live up to our business agreements, and to
pay our just debts. Besides stealing, the seventh commandment forbids cheating, unjust keeping
of what belongs to others, unjust damage to the property of others, and the accepting of bribes
by public officials. Eighth: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. By the eighth
commandment we are commanded to speak the truth in all things, but especially in what
concerns the good name and honor of others. The eighth commandment forbids lies, rash
judgment, detraction, calumny, and the telling of secrets we are bound to keep. Ninth: Thou shalt
not covet thy neighbor’s wife. By the ninth commandment we are commanded to be pure in
thought and desire. Tenth: Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s goods. The tenth commandment
forbids all desire to take or to keep unjustly what belongs to others, and also forbids envy at their

of government; and participation in a strike, or assertion of the right to strike, against the
Government of the United States. 18 USC 4 - prohibits misprision of felony: having knowledge of
the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, and
concealing/making same known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military
authority 18 USC 175 - prohibits development, production, stockpiling, transfer, acquisition,
retention, or possession of any biological agent, toxin, or delivery system for use as a weapon, or
knowingly assistance to a foreign state or any organization to do so, or attempts, threats, or
conspiracies to do the same 18 USC 201 - prohibits bribery of public officials and witnesses 18
USC 229 - prohibits development, production, acquisition, transfer, receipt, stockpiling, retention,
owning, possessing, using, or threatening to use, any chemical weapon; and assisting or
inducing, in any way, any person to do so, or conspire to do so. 18 USC 241 - prohibits
conspiracy against rights: conspiring to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person…in
the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws
of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same. 18 USC 242 - prohibits
deprivation of rights under color of law: under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or
custom, willfully subjecting any person…to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities
secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. 18 USC 371 - prohibits
conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States 18 USC 641 - prohibits conspiracy to
embezzle, steal, purloin, or knowingly convert use of government public money, property or
records 18 USC 666 - prohibits theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds. 18
USC 872 - prohibits extortion by officer or employee of the U.S. 18 USC 875 - prohibits extortion
through interstate commerce. 18 USC 912 - prohibits impersonating a federal officer 18 USC
1001 - prohibits falsification and concealment of material facts 18 USC 1031 - prohibits major
fraud against the United States: knowingly executing, or attempting to execute, any scheme with
the intent (1) to defraud the United States; or (2) to obtain money or property by means of false
or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, in any grant, contract, subcontract,
subsidy, loan, guarantee, insurance, or other form of Federal assistance. 18 USC 1035 -
prohibits false statements related to healthcare matters: in any matter involving a health care
benefit program, knowingly and willfully—(1) falsifying, concealing, or covering up by any trick,
scheme, or device a material fact; or (2) making any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent
statements or representations, or making or uses any materially false writing or document
knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry, in
connection with the delivery of or payment for health care benefits, items, or services. 18 USC
1038 - prohibits false statements and hoaxes: engaging in any conduct with intent to convey
false or misleading information under circumstances where such information may reasonably be
believed and where such information indicates that an activity has taken, is taking, or will take
place that would constitute a violation of 18 USC Chapter 2, 10, 11B, 39, 40, 44, 111, or 113B of
this title, section 236 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2284), or 49 USC Section
46502, the second sentence of Section 46504, Section 46505(b)(3) or (c), Section 46506 if
homicide or attempted homicide is involved, or Section 60123(b). 18 USC 1040 - prohibits fraud
in connection with major disaster or emergency benefits: knowingly (1) falsifying…by any trick…
any material fact; or (2) making any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or
representation, or making or using any false writing or document knowing the same to contain
any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation, in any matter involving
any benefit authorized…in connection with a major disaster declaration under the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5170 or 42 U.S.C. 5191), or
in connection with any procurement of property or services related to any emergency or major
disaster declaration as a prime contractor with the United States or as a subcontractor or
supplier on a contract. 18 USC 1091 - prohibits genocide 18 USC 1111 - prohibits murder 18

assassination, or kidnapping; and occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United
States, or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished,
the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators
operate or seek asylum.” 18 USC 2331(2) - prohibits domestic terrorism: “acts dangerous to
human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; appear to
be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a
government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass
destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of
the United States.” 18 USC 2332a - prohibits use, threats, attempts or conspiring to use
Weapons of Mass Destruction, including “any weapon that is designed or intended to cause
death or serious bodily injury through the release, dissemination, or impact of toxic or poisonous
chemicals, or their precursors…and any weapon involving a biological agent, toxin, or vector.” 18
USC 2332b - prohibits acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries. 18 USC 2332d -
prohibits financial transactions with the government of any country supporting international
terrorism. 18 USC 2333 - provides civil remedies in US courts for any national of the United
States injured in his or her person, property, or business by reason of an act of international
terrorism, or his or her estate, survivors, or heirs. 18 USC 2339 - prohibits harboring or
concealing terrorists. 18 USC 2339A - prohibits providing “material support or resources or
concealing or disguising the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or
resources, knowing or intending that they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out
acts of terror.” Material support includes “any property, tangible or intangible, or service,
including currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging,
training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification,
communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel, and
transportation.” 18 USC 2339B - prohibits providing material support or resources to designated
foreign terrorist organizations. 18 USC 2340A - prohibits torture: “an act committed by a person
acting under the color of law specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or
suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within
his custody or physical control.” 18 USC 2381 - prohibits treason: levying war against the United
States or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or
elsewhere, while owing allegiance to the United States. 18 USC 2382 - prohibits misprision of
treason: having knowledge of the commission of any treason against the United States, but
concealing and not disclosing same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to
the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State. 18 USC 2383 - prohibits rebellion
or insurrection: inciting, setting on foot, assisting, or engaging in any rebellion or insurrection
against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or giving aid or comfort thereto. 18
USC 2384 - prohibits seditious conspiracy: two or more persons…conspiring to overthrow, put
down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or
to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of
any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United
States. 18 USC 2385 - prohibits advocating overthrow of US government, Constitution and laws:
“knowingly or willfully advocating, abetting, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability,
or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the
government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof.” 18 USC 2441 - prohibits war
crimes as defined by the 1949 Geneva Conventions, Common Article 3, including torture; cruel
or inhuman treatment; performing biological experiments; murder; mutilation or maiming;
intentionally causing serious bodily injury; rape; sexual assault or abuse; taking hostages;
outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment. 18 USC 3331 -
authorizes US District Courts to convene Special Grand Jury investigations of criminal acts by
public officials and to accept reports…(1) concerning noncriminal misconduct, malfeasance, or
misfeasance in office involving organized criminal activity by an appointed public officer or
employee as the basis for a recommendation of removal or disciplinary action; or (2) regarding
organized crime conditions in the district. 15 USC 1-8 - prohibits trusts in restraint of trade. 15
USC 19 - prohibits interlocking directorates and officers. 35 USC 101-105 - governs patents and
patent fraud. 35 USC 200-206 - governs federal government interest in patents, disclosure of

eComment: I support, in general, the County choosing to cooperate with rather than compete
against the Town for federal Disaster Recovery dollars. I would, in general, like to see more
specifics on proposals the Board is being asked to support. It appears this one has not been
finalized -- the deadline is Feb 29 -- and it has not come before the Town Council. But the
preliminary action on December 12 clarified that the primary location would be the Paradise High
School campus and that non-governmental partners such as 3CORE, NoRTEC, and AFWD
have been involved in the process. I would agree that the Town is better placed than the School
District or County to administer our allocation and support the Town's application in principle.
The DINS database from which the 13,696 figure was obtained shows approximately 4300 minor
structures destroyed along with the 14,500 residential and commercial buildings for a total count
of 18,804. These should be counted for a more accurate comparison with the North Complex. I
hope we can leverage federal funds to train locals in the trades and build back from this
destruction.

eComment: When a $30,000 contract extension with Granicus came before the Board last July, I
pointed out that their Ideas portal had been compromised and overrun with spam. It remains
compromised and overrun with spam six months later. It is not clear what this vendor has been
doing to earn the contract sum, because they have certainly not been securing or modernizing
their software -- which continues to throw Error 500s when constituents attempt to submit public
comment online. While I will be glad to see the County switch to new software, I point out that as
with Workday and Accela, the transition is taking much longer and costing much more than
forecast. We would be better served with a fully staffed Information Services department than
continuing to overpay closed-source software vendors for inferior product. Butte and allied
counties must rethink this model as ultimately commissioned software with non-proprietary data
formats will be less costly to the taxpayer than these ongoing predatory lock-ins.

eComment: I second the newly added support for equitable access to library services and
libraries themselves. As has often been mentioned, libraries provide more than just books, and
the historical closure of Butte's dozens of small-town libraries now exacerbates the digital divide.
For example, turning a portion of the disused Concow School into a library + access point +
meeting space would help address those inequities in that underserved community, yet when
approached, the County showed no interest. Perhaps state programs such as middle mile rural
broadband can be leveraged for the requested action and strategy here.

eComment: This is too nuanced for a consent item. I support local law enforcement's ability to
use Automated License Plate Readers to be alerted when hotlist vehicles connected to open
warrants or active investigations are on our roads. I remember how the Upper Ridge serial
arsonist from 2011 was ultimately apprehended due to the comings and goings of his vehicle. I
have grave reservations about dragnet surveillance building a database of every time each
vehicle not on the hotlist passes a camera. Particularly if that data is being stored in the cloud by
an out-of-state vendor, possibly outside the jurisdiction of California privacy laws or even outside
the country. The repeated use of "worldwide" is concerning. BCSO has crafted internal policy
respectful of individual rights and California law. Yet the Terms of Service seem not to hold the
vendor to the same standards. It appears that if BCSO reviews and declines an outside request
for either footage or a portion of the data table, the outside agency could lean on Flock directly
bypassing BCSO discretion. There is also a significant risk of a data breach compromising the
privacy of the majority of Butte County residents. The terms specify cloud storage of Footage for
30 days. I would prefer that tabular data derived from the footage not related to specific hotlist
vehicles would not be stored longer than that, and particularly not offsite. The policy is designed
to prevent abuse of this data collection, down to logging every database query by user and
timestamp. The conditions the provider places on its own access are not so strict, and as a data
analyst myself, I am wary.

eComment: Very good to see this measure moving forward and for the county to formally
support its much-belated passage. Between the Trust's too little, too late payouts and attorney's
fees negotiated before PG&E admitted fault, survivors receive only a pathetic fraction of the
compensation they deserve. For Uncle Sam to also skim off the top here is too much. Following
the state's lead and declaring Trust payouts non-taxable is just and long overdue.

PROTOCOLS In fact, “Pfizer CEO Albert Boula explains to the World Economic Forum there’s a surplus of 7,000,000,000 doses of his
COVID ‘vaccines’ sitting in warehouses because there aren’t enough educated populations that believe the ‘vaccines’ are doing well.“ The
CEO of Moderna: “It’s sad to say I’m throwing 30 million doses of the coronavirus ‘vaccines’ into the garbage because no one needs them.
We have a big problem with demand.” Let me warn you, people are NOT buying what the Butte County Board of Supervisors and Public
Health are selling. Even Bill Gates said, “The ‘vaccines’ don’t have much in the way of duration, and they’re not good at infection blocking.”
And Andrew Wakefield says, “72% of Americans are either not getting the first dose, not getting the second dose, or not getting the
booster. This is an abject failure on behalf of that vaccine program. Bill Gates is a broken man…the public do not trust them anymore.”
Which is what many in this community have been telling Board of Supervisors for a long time. We have learned that these drugs are
actually harming and killing people which has also been exposed by the Pfizer documentation. And to make matters worse they actually
spread the pandemic. We don’t trust YOU or them! People are thinking logically and I believe YOUR and THEIR days are numbered. I
sent you the video of the “vaccine” injured. Hours after Danielle’s second dose of the Pfizer “vaccine” she fell ill. She said, “I’m a shell of
what I was.” Then she stood up as her body violently shook to show you what she now has to go through everyday. Then Angelina
explained she began having convulsions and was unable to walk. She would beg her doctors, “Please help me!” Candace experienced
painful burning and pricking in her legs and back three weeks after her second COVIID “vaccine”. She spent 28 days in the hospital and
was discharged without a diagnosis. It is not ethical that they sent me home with a walker and an order for a potty chair,” she says. “Why
aren’t your hearts broken? This is a humanitarian crisis. People are suffering. It’s inhumane and not moral. It could be your mother. It
could be your child.” STOP the harm being perpetrated on our communities! People are learning the truth and are suing over COVID
mandates that hurt themselves and their families and infringed on their constitutional and medical liberties. I believe YOU are going to

can’t take away our GOD given rights. We were born with them. I recommend this Board and others including DA Ramsey stop saying,
“It’s the law.” The only people who appear to breaking the “law” are the public officials - not the People. COVID Code enforcement was
illegal and I have sent you countless documentation of the real laws of our land. Must I remind everyone of the Bay Area Transparency,
YouTube video, titled “THAT’S FINE! BRING IT!!!!!“ with almost 400,000 views where he claims, “Worst behavior of public servants you
have ever seen in your life”? This video is representative of Butte County and it’s an embarrassment to our communities.

most cited ICU doctor in the USA. He broke down in tears talking about the humanitarian catastrophe that is being caused by COVID

people at an unprecedented rate. The consequences are going to be great on our society. On the other hand it is deeply disturbing Board
of Supervisors (and others) appear to not care what is happening in our community and around the world, and I hope will be held
accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your indifference to other people’s pain is shocking, appalling and deeply saddens me.
Especially since you have been given a privileged position and should profoundly care about the people you serve. Where is the Covid-19
Update on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda? You are appear to be trying to STOP this message from getting out to the public. How can
Board of Supervisors and Public Health promote and distribute a “vaccine” under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) when you both
claim there is NO emergency. “There may be a United States Emergency Use authorization (EUA) for babies to five years old - I must
conclude that we are looking into an abyss of evil not seen since the 1945.” Naomi Wolf. You must end ALL health emergencies, end any
and ALL mandates, STOP this shot in Butte County, completely and truthfully inform the public, and do NOT implement ANY mandates in
the future. The Public is able to make their own health decisions and do NOT need interference - especially from local government. You
have NO legal rights (perhaps have been) and will be practicing medicine without a license. There is NO emergency in Butte County and
NEVER has been an emergency regarding Covid-19. Butte County Public Health is required by law to prove we were in an actual
emergency and it’s the Board of Supervisors’ job to make sure that this legal obligation was fulfilled. NO Butte County Health Officer has
ever attended and provided evidence, as required by law, to support a local health emergency. You have removed the Covid-19 Update in
Butte County; however, I watch the Covid-19 Update in other counties. This is a requirement of law and it takes away the residents’ right
to be informed and give their opinions and concerns which is a First Amendment right and required by the Brown Act. I demand you place
it back on the agenda until ALL health emergencies have been eliminated and the Emergency Use Authorization Criteria is null and void
and no “vaccines” are allowed and a new set of laws will be in place. Ms. Danette York, Board of Supervisors, (and others) need to be
held liable for preventing evidence that does not provide the whole picture and information on Covid-19. This is not informed consent, this
is coercion, and I AM OUTRAGED AT THE COVID SHOT DEATHS AND MANY INJURIES! “There was an opportunity to limit the loss

transferred genetic material and/or by integrating into the host genome and that are administered as nuclei acids, viruses, or genetically
engineered microorganisms. The products may be used to modify cells in vivid or transferred to cells ex vivo before administration to the

We need to protect the children, the vulnerable, and damaged. A “vaccine” with reports of wayyyy over a million adverse events and
deaths is NOT safe, effective, or free as promoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Health as anyone can
clearly see. The center for Disease Control and Prevention released new data showing a total of 1,400,350 reports of adverse events
following COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and September 2, 2022 up 14,952 up the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting
System (VARES). VARES is the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. It is a voluntary
reporting system for reporting adverse reactions to the U.S. and has been estimated to account for only 1% of vaccine injuries. As of May
27, 16% of deaths occured within 24 hours of vaccination, 20% of deaths occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, and 59% occurred in
people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated. Every Friday, VARES publishes vaccine injury reports
received as of a specified date. Reports submitted to VARES require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.
The data included a total of 30,796 reports of deaths - up 449 over the previous report. And 235,041 reports of serious injuries - up 4,677
(old number) with tragic stories that never end. I sent this board an article from The Expose’ dated May, 3, 2022 entitled “How many
people have been murdered by the COVID-19 injection?” This article includes 16 pages with links as one rather large example. No
response from Butte County Board of Supervisors, DA Ramsey, Sheriff Honea, or Butte County County Counsel. NOTE: *Children have a
99.97% chance of recovering from COVID; however, if they DON’T get the shot they have a 100% chance of NOT being vaccine injured!
“A scientific study conducted by scientists from the U.S. Food and Drug administration and the Centers for Disease Control found Covid-
19 Vaccination increased Children’s risk of suffering Myocarditis by over 13,000%.” Attorney Todd Callender, “Based on what we are
seeing, the rates right now are excess mortality of 84% and excess of every kind of disease at 1100%. We are expecting a 5,000% or so
increase in excess mortality for this year 2022. An enormous number.” Note: No claim is being made data are accurate because of the
fraud, lies, censorship, propaganda, etc. There is a lot of unexplainable data and therefore may contain fraud in the analysis. Data have
been observed disappearing in real time in both VARES and DMED. Expert data collectors must concluded the real numbers will be
massive. Many nefarious opportunities have made their way into the COVID fraud and must be sorted out. Dr. Cole says, “It is an absolute
crime to inject this liquid into the arm of a child. There is no way we use our children as human shields and guinea pigs when kids survive
this virus statistically at 100%…a shot that is now ALL risk with NO benefit.” (7/29) U.S. VARES data for 6 month to 5- year olds show:

Nuremberg Code (known as the Code of Regulations), as well as many others including but not limited to 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3.
Voluntary consent is essential! Almost 1,300 side effects including death have been reported by Pfizer data and no one in their right mind
would knowingly take this kind of chance with their health. Del Bigtree says, “Probably 250,000 people have been murdered by the Covid-
19 shot.” Butte County Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to have broken many state and federal laws by faking a medical
emergency for funding. 18 U.S. Code 1040 - Fraud in connection with major disaster or emergency for benefits to get funding. This is a
crime and you could be charged with 30 years in prison. 18 U.S Code 1038 - False information and hoaxes. The hoax in this case there is
NO emergency. The penalty could be life in prison. CA Health and Safety Code 101080 - Requires you by law to terminate the emergency
at the earliest date. Penal Code 148.3 - False reporting an emergency. There is NO emergency. Title 18 U.S.C. Section 242 - It’s a crime
to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege under the Constitution by local officials. You could be imprisoned up to life. Government
Code 8630 - Requires termination of the emergency at the earliest date. 42 U.S. Code 1986 - Action for neglect to prevent… Title U.S.C.
Code Section 241 - Conspiracy against rights… Government Code Section 8630 - Calling for an emergency when there really isn’t one.

Falls, as well as the only evacuation route. One way in, one way out. The road is in atrocious
condition, crumbling and full of dips and potholes. During the North Complex fire recovery,
hundreds of log trucks used Lumpkin Road daily for over two years. The road is literally
crumbling before our very eyes on a daily basis. The need to repair Lumpkin Road continues to
be ignored despite numerous inquiries and signed appeals. It is time for the board to take action
and provide the needed funding to repair the only access road in the Feather Falls community.

eComment: As a direct consequence of the Bear/North Complex fire the road, specifically
Lumpkin Rd is in need of repair. Lumpkin Rd serves as the only evacuation route for the
Community of Feather Falls. There’s one way in and one way out. Following two and a half years
of extensive clean up and hundreds of log trucks daily the number of pot holes, sink holes and
crumbling and unpaintes shoulders have caused countless accidents and an astonishing amount
of damage to vehicles traveling the road. Many causing enough damage to leave vehicles left
stranded on narrow one lane curves creating additional safety hazards. Road repairs have been
addressed and repaired in other areas of Butte County such as Paradise and Berry Creek with
some areas being repaired multiple times and yet no assistance has been acknowledged and
offered for the community of Feather Falls. I strongly urge the board to consider and adopt
funding to re pave the one and only evacuation route (Lumpkin Rd) in Feather Falls.

shorted the contract to allow for local composting possibilities. Local composting would allow for
the creation of much needed soil in our communities, in particular our burn scar communities,
whose soil was scraped away after the camp fire. 5 years is too long, too much organic material
will be shipped away during this time.

eComment: I would like to see the current plan reduced from a 5 year plan to a 2 year plan.
There is support at the local level to help facilitate composting of organic waste but needs to be
scaled up and will require time to put efforts in place.
