YOU MUST RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF THE COVID “VACCINES”
and HOSPITAL PROTOCOLS
In fact, “Pfizer CEO Albert Boula explains to the World Economic Forum there’s a surplus of 7,000,000,000 doses
of his COVID ‘vaccines’ sitting in warehouses because there aren’t enough educated populations that believe the
‘vaccines’ are doing well.“ The CEO of Moderna: “It’s sad to say I’m throwing 30 million doses of the coronavirus
‘vaccines’ into the garbage because no one needs them. We have a big problem with demand.” Let me warn you,
people are NOT buying what the Butte County Board of Supervisors and Public Health are selling. Even Bill
Gates said, “The ‘vaccines’ don’t have much in the way of duration, and they’re not good at infection blocking.”
And Andrew Wakefield says, “72% of Americans are either not getting the first dose, not getting the second dose,
or not getting the booster. This is an abject failure on behalf of that vaccine program. Bill Gates is a broken
man…the public do not trust them anymore.” Which is what many in this community have been telling Board of
Supervisors for a long time. We have learned that these drugs are actually harming and killing people which has
also been exposed by the Pfizer documentation. And to make matters worse they actually spread the pandemic.
We don’t trust YOU or them! People are thinking logically and I believe YOUR and THEIR days are numbered.
I sent you the video of the “vaccine” injured. Hours after Danielle’s second dose of the Pfizer “vaccine” she fell ill.
She said, “I’m a shell of what I was.” Then she stood up as her body violently shook to show you what she now
has to go through everyday.
Then Angelina explained she began having convulsions and was unable to walk. She would beg her doctors,
“Please help me!”
Candace experienced painful burning and pricking in her legs and back three weeks after her second COVIID
“vaccine”. She spent 28 days in the hospital and was discharged without a diagnosis. It is not ethical that they
sent me home with a walker and an order for a potty chair,” she says.
“Why aren’t your hearts broken? This is a humanitarian crisis. People are suffering. It’s inhumane and not moral.
It could be your mother. It could be your child.” STOP the harm being perpetrated on our communities!
People are learning the truth and are suing over COVID mandates that hurt themselves and their families and
infringed on their constitutional and medical liberties. I believe YOU are going to loose as more and more people
are going to file more and more lawsuits. There is NO approved FDA “vaccine”. People were “tricked” into taking
the “vaccine” and abiding by harmful mandates such as covering their faces. Just as the World Health
Organization will learn there is NO treaty that overrides the Constitution. The Constitution is our absolute
protection. YOU must learn to abide by We the People. YOU can’t take away our GOD given rights. We were born
with them.
I recommend this Board and others including DA Ramsey stop saying, “It’s the law.” The only people who appear
to breaking the “law” are the public officials - not the People. COVID Code enforcement was illegal and I have
sent you countless documentation of the real laws of our land. Must I remind everyone of the Bay Area
Transparency, YouTube video, titled “THAT’S FINE! BRING IT!!!!!“ with almost 400,000 views where he claims,
“Worst behavior of public servants you have ever seen in your life”? This video is representative of Butte County
and it’s an embarrassment to our communities.

It breaks my heart to watch the video I sent you of Dr. Paul Marik. He is the second most cited ICU doctor in the
USA. He broke down in tears talking about the humanitarian catastrophe that is being caused by COVID
“vaccine” side effects. It’s not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense. It’s an experimental gene therapy injection that
is maiming and killing people at an unprecedented rate. The consequences are going to be great on our society.
On the other hand it is deeply disturbing Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to not care what is happening
in our community and around the world, and I hope will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your
indifference to other people’s pain is shocking, appalling and deeply saddens me. Especially since you have been
given a privileged position and should profoundly care about the people you serve.
Where is the Covid-19 Update on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda? You are appear to be trying to STOP this
message from getting out to the public. How can Board of Supervisors and Public Health promote and distribute a
“vaccine” under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) when you both claim there is NO emergency. “There may be
a United States Emergency Use authorization (EUA) for babies to five years old - I must conclude that we are
looking into an abyss of evil not seen since the 1945.” Naomi Wolf.
You must end ALL health emergencies, end any and ALL mandates, STOP this shot in Butte County, completely
and truthfully inform the public, and do NOT implement ANY mandates in the future. The Public is able to make
their own health decisions and do NOT need interference - especially from local government. You have NO legal
rights (perhaps have been) and will be practicing medicine without a license. There is NO emergency in Butte
County and NEVER has been an emergency regarding Covid-19.
Butte County Public Health is required by law to prove we were in an actual emergency and it’s the Board of
Supervisors’ job to make sure that this legal obligation was fulfilled. NO Butte County Health Officer has ever
attended and provided evidence, as required by law, to support a local health emergency. You have removed the
Covid-19 Update in Butte County; however, I watch the Covid-19 Update in other counties. This is a requirement
of law and it takes away the residents’ right to be informed and give their opinions and concerns which is a First
Amendment right and required by the Brown Act. I demand you place it back on the agenda until ALL health
emergencies have been eliminated and the Emergency Use Authorization Criteria is null and void and no
“vaccines” are allowed and a new set of laws will be in place. Ms. Danette York, Board of Supervisors, (and
others) need to be held liable for preventing evidence that does not provide the whole picture and information on
Covid-19. This is not informed consent, this is coercion, and I AM OUTRAGED AT THE COVID SHOT DEATHS
AND MANY INJURIES!
“There was an opportunity to limit the loss and none was taken. You are on a collision course with the
ALMIGHTY.” Dr. Fleming recently reported, “If you are an elected official and taken an oath or even a non elected
official that has been placed in a position of authority you have violated treaties, criminal statutes, liberties and
civil rights of Americans, U.S. Constitutional Law, and by definition you have committed treason. These are
criminal actions and people need to be held criminally responsible for their actions.”
It appears the government has caused an epidemic of suicides, bankruptcy, overdoses, domestic abuse, delayed
thousands of life saving surgeries, psychologically damaged generations of children, taken two years of freedom
from everyone, abolished the rule of law, created psychological and mental stress, and allowed many to die
without family members surrounding them (extremely cruel), and caused many other harms too numerous to list
here. Let me remind you NO ONE has been untouched by the COVID lies and deceit.
I ask that you educate yourselves on Stockholm Syndrome in which hostages develop a psychological bond with
their captors during captivity, psychological warfare techniques (being inflicted on our young people as well as
many others), How America Fell Victim to Mass Delusional Psychosis by Mark McDonald, Zimbardo’s Famous
Study on Stanford Prison Experiment (where guards were placed in a position of power and they began to
behave in ways they would not usually act in their everyday lives or other situations. Where the question was
asked: Do good people do bad or evil things?, the Asch Conformity Experiments where a series of studies were
conducted to see if and how individuals yielded to or defied a majority group and the effect of such influences on
beliefs and opinions. A study of conformity effects on people and their reactions, and the Milgrim Experiment
(obedience to authority figures which was a series of psychology experiments conducted by Yale University
psychologist Stanley Milgrim) to name a few. Then you and our law enforcement agencies should be familiarized
with Ordinary Men by Christopher Browning. He shows how “men were transformed psychologically from ordinary
men into active participants in the most monstrous crime in human history.”
Our Public Health Officials and local politicians know these “vaccines” are hurting healthy adults and children and
have not notified Butte County residents. A huge backlash and public outrage is coming as the true number of
deaths and injuries caused by the experimental “vaccines” is made known. “Watch out! You have never faced the
rage of thousands of mothers” warns Naomi Wolf. The Expose’ reported “12,548 children have suffered a serious
adverse event due to the COVID “Vaccines” in the USA; and 106 kids have sadly died,” dated May 4, 2022.
Karen Kingston offers “Gene therapy products are all products that mediate their effects by transcription and/or
translation of transferred genetic material and/or by integrating into the host genome and that are administered as
nuclei acids, viruses, or genetically engineered microorganisms. The products may be used to modify cells in
vivid or transferred to cells ex vivo before administration to the recipient. See section III of FDA’s guidance entitled
“Guidance for Industry: Gene Therapy Clinical Trials - Observing Subjects for Delayed Adverse Events” dated
November 2006.

own patents.” I have sent you and law enforcement agencies in Butte County these patents with NO response.
Still Butte County agencies and officials aren’t officially warning the Butte County residents about these and other
risks despite having been privy to this information for approximately two years or more. Butte County officials
have access to the same safety data we in the community have and this might be considered misconduct in
public office. Government is setup to protect the people - not harm them. So, when harm is committed they are
no longer acting in their official capacity they are acting in their personal capacity which could bring personal
liability they hadn’t anticipated. It’s irresponsible not to take action. We need to protect the children, the
vulnerable, and damaged.
A “vaccine” with reports of wayyyy over a million adverse events and deaths is NOT safe, effective, or free as
promoted by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Health as anyone can clearly see. The
center for Disease Control and Prevention released new data showing a total of 1,400,350 reports of adverse
events following COVID-19 vaccines between December 14, 2020 and September 2, 2022 up 14,952 up the
Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VARES). VARES is the primary government-funded system for
reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S.
It is a voluntary reporting system for reporting adverse reactions to the U.S. and has been estimated to account
for only 1% of vaccine injuries. As of May 27, 16% of deaths occured within 24 hours of vaccination, 20% of
deaths occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, and 59% occurred in people who experienced an onset of
symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.
Every Friday, VARES publishes vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date. Reports submitted to
VARES require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.
The data included a total of 30,796 reports of deaths - up 449 over the previous report. And 235,041 reports of
serious injuries - up 4,677 (old number) with tragic stories that never end. I sent this board an article from The
Expose’ dated May, 3, 2022 entitled “How many people have been murdered by the COVID-19 injection?” This
article includes 16 pages with links as one rather large example. No response from Butte County Board of
Supervisors, DA Ramsey, Sheriff Honea, or Butte County County Counsel.
NOTE: *Children have a 99.97% chance of recovering from COVID; however, if they DON’T get the shot they
have a 100% chance of NOT being vaccine injured! “A scientific study conducted by scientists from the U.S. Food
and Drug administration and the Centers for Disease Control found Covid-19 Vaccination increased Children’s
risk of suffering Myocarditis by over 13,000%.” Attorney Todd Callender, “Based on what we are seeing, the rates
right now are excess mortality of 84% and excess of every kind of disease at 1100%. We are expecting a 5,000%
or so increase in excess mortality for this year 2022. An enormous number.” Note: No claim is being made data
are accurate because of the fraud, lies, censorship, propaganda, etc. There is a lot of unexplainable data and
therefore may contain fraud in the analysis. Data have been observed disappearing in real time in both VARES
and DMED. Expert data collectors must concluded the real numbers will be massive. Many nefarious
opportunities have made their way into the COVID fraud and must be sorted out.
Dr. Cole says, “It is an absolute crime to inject this liquid into the arm of a child. There is no way we use our
children as human shields and guinea pigs when kids survive this virus statistically at 100%…a shot that is now
ALL risk with NO benefit.”

Biden Administration makes available 10 million doses of COVID vaccine for kids under 5 - before FDA authorizes
shot!!!!!!! The White House unveiled its “Operational Plan” for vaccinating this group - one week before the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration are scheduled to meet for babies as young as 6 months old! The White House will
focus on parents, especially moms.
Legal Counsel Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. “The countermeasures, including the vaccines, were never about science or
public health.” “Now they have departed from common sense and into naked cruelty and barbarism. By
recommending an unapproved, experimental, zero-liability, and high-risk medical intervention for an illness that
poses zero statistical danger to that age group, the White House has made itself the enemy of America’s
children.”
“The Pharma gods have demanded child sacrifice and high priests of public health have offered a generation of
infants. Now more than ever, parents and physicians must step into the breach to protect our babies from our
government.” He put them on notice he (and others) are poised to take legal action. “Vaccines have a negative
net efficacy but puts them at risk of many adverse health consequences, including heart damage, stroke and
other thrombotic events and reproductive harms.” Children under 5 could begin receiving the vaccines as early as
the week of June 20th.
As of May 27, 5,559 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 1,740
reports of miscarriage or premature birth; and it was recently reported “4,154 fetal deaths reported in VARES
following COVID-19 vaccines”.
We know Covid-19 vaccines do NOT prevent infection or viral transmission and natural immunity is robust and far
superior. In addition to VARES website we have the Yellow Card (1,490,271 injuries and 2,132 deaths through
May 27, 2022), Eudra System (44,518 dead and 4,269,225 injuries through May 22, 2022) whistleblowers, DMED
data, insurance documentation (data shows 40% increase in death of people under 64 and calls this the worse
coverup in human history & includes other injuries), Senator Ron Johnson’s Senate Hearing on COVID-19: A
Second Opinion with world renowned doctors and medical experts, U.S. Senate expert witness testimony states
there are 410,000 unexplained deaths in Americans. RFK Jr. shows, “Why the COVID-19 jab is the most deadly
vaccine in history.” I also sent you Dr. Mike Yeadon, The COVID Lies with his resources.
Coronavirus vaccines would have been withdrawn from the market due to the UNACCEPTABLY high mortality
rate. Usually a vaccine is withdrawn from the market after 50 deaths or less. VARES is supposed to act as an
EARLY WARNING SYSTEM and no one is being given legal INFORMED CONSENT which is a violation of our
laws, the Nuremberg Code (known as the Code of Regulations), as well as many others including but not limited
to 21 U.S. Code 360bbb-3. Voluntary consent is essential! Almost 1,300 side effects including death have been
reported by Pfizer data and no one in their right mind would knowingly take this kind of chance with their health.
Del Bigtree says, “Probably 250,000 people have been murdered by the Covid-19 shot.”
Butte County Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to have broken many state and federal laws by faking a
medical emergency for funding.
18 U.S. Code 1040 - Fraud in connection with major disaster or emergency for benefits to get funding. This is a
crime and you could be charged with 30 years in prison.
18 U.S Code 1038 - False information and hoaxes. The hoax in this case there is NO emergency. The penalty
could be life in prison.
CA Health and Safety Code 101080 - Requires you by law to terminate the emergency at the earliest date.
Penal Code 148.3 - False reporting an emergency. There is NO emergency.
Title 18 U.S.C. Section 242 - It’s a crime to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege under the Constitution
by local officials. You could be imprisoned up to life.
Government Code 8630 - Requires termination of the emergency at the earliest date.

Disaster Fraud
We the People DO NOT approve of unlawful actions by the Butte County Board of Supervisors (or others).
Money is NOT a reason to put Butte County residents and their children in harms way.
The pandemic was a hoax created by a fake PCR test (which can not diagnose), fake news and unscientific
science. NONE of the tests are approved or validated. They all are under emergency use authorization (EUA).
This level of malfeasance (wrongdoing or misconduct especially by public officials) has never happened in our
history. “Australia is admitting COVID shots are harming people and they are offering up to $600,000 in
compensation.”
The scientific facts are clear: Masks, lockdowns, social distancing and vaccines have all proven failures and must
stop! The harm especially perpetrated on our youth is unconscionable. These catastrophic mistakes will not be
able to be covered up. Butte County Board of Supervisors had the opportunity to decide not to lockdown our
county and tell ALL businesses they are essential. You should have backed your local businesses not harmed
them with silly mandates. Uphold the constitution - it’s the law of the land! You answer to We the People, and we
demand more out of our public servants.
Masks cause carbon dioxide poisoning, significant and possibly permanent damage to a child’s brain, drop in I.Q.
points reported in newborns, lowers I.Q in other age groups (Children born during the pandemic reportedly lost
as many as 21 I.Q. points.), retards speech and language development, cripples social skills, and has lead to
depression, self harm, substance abuse, increase in suicides, and crime due largely to the lockdowns, masking,
and social distancing. In addition, masks violate CA Education Code 49005.1 and CA Education Code Sec (4)
49005.8 (a) and is child abuse. “Watch out! You have never faced the rage of thousands of mothers!” Naomi Wolf

accountable.

You appear to be aiding, abetting, and violating your oath of office you have sworn to uphold. I implore this board
to do the right thing and STOP promoting unethical human experimentation and stop the “vaccines” in Butte
County.
Board of Supervisors have the authority to rescind all health orders, mandates, and “‘vaccines” in Butte County.
They are morally, ethically, and legally obligated to warn their constituents of the dangers these shots present to
the people in Butte County and their children. The office of the Board of Supervisors serves to preserve, protect,
and defend the Constitutions of the United States and California. Board of Supervisors have a duty to faithfully
execute our laws not to repeatedly engage in conduct that violates the Constitutional rights of the citizens of Butte
County. When there is fraud immunity disappears. It is null and void and there is no statue of limitations on fraud.
What is the official safe limit in terms of deaths and injuries reported to be the actual numbers that is deemed
acceptable, above and beyond which the program must be stopped given that the Covid-19 “vaccines” are stated
to be “SAFE*EFFECTIVE*FREE” by Butte County Public Health and Board of Supervisors? Tell us what is the
official safe limit in terms of deaths and injuries reported?
The fallout of the pandemic is going to be catastrophic - especially on the children! The “vaccines” are deadly and
cause severe injuries at alarming rate and therefore must be stopped in Butte County. If Butte County residents
are not getting educated how do they make an informed decision?

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING DEMANDS of BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND BUTTE COUNTY
PUBLIC HEALTH:
1.) “We declare and the data confirm that the COVID-19 experimental genetic therapy injections must end.”

2.) Provide proof with real information and facts that these “vaccines” are SAFE*EFFECTIVE*FREE as promoted
by Butte County Board of Supervisors and Butte County Public Health.
3.) I demand answers to questions that this Board and Public Health have failed to answer. I barely scratched the
surface of the questions we need answered as a community in 4.05 Termination of local health emergency dated
5/24/22.
4.) Put the Covid-19 Update back on the agenda and allow the public to speak on this matter and receive honest,
real, and factual information.

I am very concerned about the canal that supplies the flumes to the Nimshew Rd ridge residents of Magalia. A
couple of months ago, with only a couple of days warning, PG&E shut off the flow that supplies the residents’
wells and was an essential source of water when CalFire staged headquarters there and were able to prevent
further spread of the Camp Fire. Residents have reported dead fish in the dry flume beds and the wildlife that had
become dependent on that source of water have been forced to leave the area. Many are losing trees and
landscaping, and as the summer temperatures increase, their land is becoming a parched, veritable tinderbox.

Subject: Future of Fire Station 38 – Concow Basin and Volunteer Fire Company 37 (CO37)
My name is Jenny Lowrey and I am the director of “From the Ground Up”. I also represent the Konkow Partners
and Lake Concow Campground. The campground is located directly across the street from Volunteer Fire Station
38 and about 4 miles from Fire Station 37. These 2 stations have worked directly with Lake Concow Campground
many times during past fires in the Concow Basin by staging on our property. We also offer the only easy access
to the lake to draw water from. We also have large meadows that helicopters can land in for emergency
purposes. Fire aircraft also draws from this lake.
There is only one road in or out of Concow and during a fire, these 2 stations are invaluable. As we saw in the
Camp Fire, when fire blocked Concow Road, if these Cal Fire members were not present, there would have been
a much higher death toll in the Concow Basin. They had the training and experience to take those trapped
residents into the water and they all survived. Had these trained fire volunteers not been present, these folks
would have perished.
Station 38 housed a water truck which saved lives. Had that not been there when Concow Road was overtaken
by fire, there would have been zero help for Concow residents. We lost our local fire volunteers due to losing their
own homes, but Concow has fought back. We now have a crew of 8 volunteers fully trained and certified, with
most living within 1 mile of Fire Station 38, allowing immediate response.
Concow cared enough to build it. You can’t imagine the fear that is spreading as fast as the Camp Fire spread,
with the thoughts of closing these stations. Concow asks for very little from Butte County, but this we are begging
for. “From the Ground Up” has been working incredibly hard since the Camp Fire to provide 100’ defensible space
clearing to these very fire families, the disabled, the seniors and the financially struggling families. We do it for
free, but it’s not enough. We all know that Concow historically has a major fire every ten years. We are on year 6
since Camp Fire. Please don’t take our only hope for help when the next one hits.

It is time for Butte County to STOP GIVING IMMUNIZATIONS. They are all problematic. There are TOO MANY
on the childhood immunization schedule. MORE THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY ON THE PLANET. You have the
ability to STOP DANETTE YORK FROM GIVING TDAP, MPOX, HPV, AND WHATEVER ELSE SHE

And the COVID19 shots are NOW PROVEN DEADLY. And the 9th Circuit deemed the mandates pushed by LA
Unified were UNCONSTITUTIONAL as they used a prior ruling (Jacobsen) that was from 1905 for the smallpox
vaccine. But that was a true vaccine that stopped transmission. THEY AGREED THAT THE COVID19
VACCINES DO NOT STOP TRANSMISSION SO AS SUCH ARE NOT "VACCINES". SO ALL MANDATES ARE
NOW ILLEGAL. AND THOSE OF US WHO WERE FORCED TO QUIT OUR JOBS, LIKE ME, CAN GO AFTER
THOSE EMPLOYERS FOR RECOVERY OF LOSSES.
YOU NEED TO STOP ALL IMMUNIZATIONS GOING THROUGH DANETTE. AND ALL FLOURIDE TOO.
Eliminate all her staff involved in securing grants for flouride or vaccines. SHE IS NOT A MEDICAL
PROFESSIONAL. PEOPLE AR DYING. AND BECOMING DISABLED BY HER ACTIONS. DISTANCE
YOURSELVES FROM HER POOR JUDGMENT!

In fact, “Pfizer CEO Albert Boula explains to the World Economic Forum there’s a surplus of 7,000,000,000 doses
of his COVID ‘vaccines’ sitting in warehouses because there aren’t enough educated populations that believe the
‘vaccines’ are doing well.“ The CEO of Moderna: “It’s sad to say I’m throwing 30 million doses of the coronavirus
‘vaccines’ into the garbage because no one needs them. We have a big problem with demand.” Let me warn you,
people are NOT buying what the Butte County Board of Supervisors and Public Health are selling. Even Bill
Gates said, “The ‘vaccines’ don’t have much in the way of duration, and they’re not good at infection blocking.”
And Andrew Wakefield says, “72% of Americans are either not getting the first dose, not getting the second dose,
or not getting the booster. This is an abject failure on behalf of that vaccine program. Bill Gates is a broken
man…the public do not trust them anymore.” Which is what many in this community have been telling Board of
Supervisors for a long time. We have learned that these drugs are actually harming and killing people which has
also been exposed by the Pfizer documentation. And to make matters worse they actually spread the pandemic.
We don’t trust YOU or them! People are thinking logically and I believe YOUR and THEIR days are numbered.
I sent you the video of the “vaccine” injured. Hours after Danielle’s second dose of the Pfizer “vaccine” she fell ill.
She said, “I’m a shell of what I was.” Then she stood up as her body violently shook to show you what she now
has to go through everyday.
Then Angelina explained she began having convulsions and was unable to walk. She would beg her doctors,
“Please help me!”
Candace experienced painful burning and pricking in her legs and back three weeks after her second COVIID
“vaccine”. She spent 28 days in the hospital and was discharged without a diagnosis. It is not ethical that they
sent me home with a walker and an order for a potty chair,” she says.
“Why aren’t your hearts broken? This is a humanitarian crisis. People are suffering. It’s inhumane and not moral.
It could be your mother. It could be your child.” STOP the harm being perpetrated on our communities!
People are learning the truth and are suing over COVID mandates that hurt themselves and their families and
infringed on their constitutional and medical liberties. I believe YOU are going to loose as more and more people
are going to file more and more lawsuits. There is NO approved FDA “vaccine”. People were “tricked” into taking
the “vaccine” and abiding by harmful mandates such as covering their faces. Just as the World Health
Organization will learn there is NO treaty that overrides the Constitution. The Constitution is our absolute
protection. YOU must learn to abide by We the People. YOU can’t take away our GOD given rights. We were born
with them.
I recommend this Board and others including DA Ramsey stop saying, “It’s the law.” The only people who appear
to breaking the “law” are the public officials - not the People. COVID Code enforcement was illegal and I have
sent you countless documentation of the real laws of our land. Must I remind everyone of the Bay Area
Transparency, YouTube video, titled “THAT’S FINE! BRING IT!!!!!“ with almost 400,000 views where he claims,
“Worst behavior of public servants you have ever seen in your life”? This video is representative of Butte County
and it’s an embarrassment to our communities.

It breaks my heart to watch the video I sent you of Dr. Paul Marik. He is the second most cited ICU doctor in the
USA. He broke down in tears talking about the humanitarian catastrophe that is being caused by COVID
“vaccine” side effects. It’s not a “vaccine” in the traditional sense. It’s an experimental gene therapy injection that
is maiming and killing people at an unprecedented rate. The consequences are going to be great on our society.
On the other hand it is deeply disturbing Board of Supervisors (and others) appear to not care what is happening
in our community and around the world, and I hope will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your
indifference to other people’s pain is shocking, appalling and deeply saddens me. Especially since you have been
given a privileged position and should profoundly care about the people you serve.
Where is the Covid-19 Update on the Board of Supervisors’ agenda? You are appear to be trying to STOP this
message from getting out to the public. How can Board of Supervisors and Public Health promote and distribute a
“vaccine” under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) when you both claim there is NO emergency. “There may be
a United States Emergency Use authorization (EUA) for babies to five years old - I must conclude that we are
looking into an abyss of evil not seen since the 1945.” Naomi Wolf.
You must end ALL health emergencies, end any and ALL mandates, STOP this shot in Butte County, completely
and truthfully inform the public, and do NOT implement ANY mandates in the future. The Public is able to make
their own health decisions and do NOT need interference - especially from local government. You have NO legal
rights (perhaps have been) and will be practicing medicine without a license. There is NO emergency in Butte
County and NEVER has been an emergency regarding Covid-19.
Butte County Public Health is required by law to prove we were in an actual emergency and it’s the Board of
Supervisors’ job to make sure that this legal obligation was fulfilled. NO Butte County Health Officer has ever

of law and it takes away the residents’ right to be informed and give their opinions and concerns which is a First
Amendment right and required by the Brown Act. I demand you place it back on the agenda until ALL health
emergencies have been eliminated and the Emergency Use Authorization Criteria is null and void and no
“vaccines” are allowed and a new set of laws will be in place. Ms. Danette York, Board of Supervisors, (and
others) need to be held liable for preventing evidence that does not provide the whole picture and information on
Covid-19. This is not informed consent, this is coercion, and I AM OUTRAGED AT THE COVID SHOT DEATHS
