Overall Sentiment Agenda Item: eComments for 3.02 Ratify Letter of Opposition for AB 2797 (McKinnor) - Telephone Corporations: Carriers of Last Resort: Tariffs Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:12am 06-25-24 We need landlines for all the obvious reasons. I’m very concerned about the seemingly systematic dismantling of all our critical infrastructure like landlines- which work during power outages, as well as the destruction and decommissioning of our dams and hydroelectric power plants, which were the most efficient and “green” source of electricity generation there is! Agenda Item: eComments for 3.03 Services Agreement with the Butte County Superior Court for FY 2024-27 Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:17am 06-25-24 What services? Agenda Item: eComments for 3.04 Contract Amendment: KNN Public Finance, LLC (KNN) Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:20am 06-25-24 You need to take your instructions from the voters- and we do not want to pay for your pension deficit with yet another tax increase! Agenda Item: eComments for 3.09 Amendment and New Agreement with Chico State Enterprises (CSE) for the Passages Connection Program (Passages) Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:23am 06-25-24 The spending has gotten out of hand. Julie Threet Location: Submitted At: 7:15pm 06-24-24 More spending on contracts between friends. Tod sits on Chico State Enterprises. This is probably money well spent but WE HAVE A SPENDING PROBLEM. NOT A REVENUE PROBLEM. WE ARE ALL BROKE. WE CAN'T PAY OUR BILLS. WE HAVE TO CUT BENEFITS OURSELVES SO DOES COUNTY. Agenda Item: eComments for 3.20 Notice of Completion for Public Health Storage Building Project at 2091 Second Street, Oroville, CA Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:30am 06-25-24 I’m opposed to this corrupt public health department getting one more cent. Put the money where it’s most needed- in our fire stations! Julie Threet Location: Submitted At: 7:17pm 06-24-24 Are they storing virus samples in here? Other biological weapons like the poison vaccines? SERIOUSLY. THIS IS ABSURD. Agenda Item: eComments for 3.21 Side Letter Agreement between the County and Teamsters General Unit (Teamsters-Gen) for a Unit Modification Agreement for Probation Technician Classifications to be included in Teamsters General Unit for Purposes of Union Representation Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:34am 06-25-24 I am opposed to any more money going to government or mob boss union organization pensions. Agenda Item: eComments for 3.22 Resolution to Amend the Salary Ordinance Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:38am 06-25-24 I am adamantly opposed to the creation of more government positions and more retirement pensions- ESPECIALLY for our corrupt public health department. Julie Threet Location: Submitted At: 7:19pm 06-24-24 I VEHEMENTLY OPPOSE THE PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE. WE DON'T NEED A NURSE PUSHING POISON VACCINES. Agenda Item: eComments for 3.24 Job Order Contracting (JOC) Umbrella Construction Contracts Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:42am 06-25-24 This sounds like there is no oversight and reporting for all construction projects that are bid all the way up to $499,999 with a cart blanche green light! No!!! Agenda Item: eComments for 3.26 Contract with Chico State Enterprises for Student Legal Research Assistants (LRAs) Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:45am 06-25-24 I support this because anyone sitting in jail is likely a good person these days, as the real criminals are being set free to wreak havoc on society. Agenda Item: eComments for 3.30 Contract Amendment with California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG) for Medical Services Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 4:50am 06-25-24 Absolutely NO MORE MONEY should be going to public health department or hospitals. They got enough during the COVID fraud payouts for everyone diagnosed with the fraudulent PCR tests. That money needs to go to keep fire stations open! Agenda Item: eComments for 2) Appointments to the Butte County Resource Conservation District Overall Sentiment Cynthia J. Location: Submitted At: 5:00am 06-25-24 Please have this new appointee protect the Upper Centerville Canal water rights of Magalia’s Nimshew ridge residents. The water that’s been running for 140 years is under threat due to PG&E’s greed and negligence-and an entire ecosystem is at stake, as well as the residents’ wells. It also provided critical water resources for Calfire to stop progression of the Camp Fire and will be needed again in the event of future fires. Agenda Item: eComments for 4.02 Public Comment - Comments to the Board on issues and items not listed on the agenda. Location: Submitted At: 5:03am 06-25-24 Fire Danette York for her egregious incompetence, deliberate indifference and willful ignorance. Stop all funding of this fraudulent public health department and put all money into keeping our fire stations open and our forests properly managed. Julie Threet Location: Submitted At: 7:22pm 06-24-24 WE DEMAND DANETTE YORK BE FIRED. SHE HAS FAILED ON ALL COVID POLICIES. It is time for Butte County to STOP GIVING IMMUNIZATIONS. They are all problematic. There are TOO MANY on the childhood immunization schedule. MORE THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY ON THE PLANET. You have the ability to STOP DANETTE YORK FROM GIVING TDAP, MPOX, HPV, AND WHATEVER ELSE SHE PERSONALLY DEEMS IMPORTANT FOR THE COUNTY. And the COVID19 shots are NOW PROVEN DEADLY. And the 9th Circuit deemed the mandates pushed by LA Unified were UNCONSTITUTIONAL as they used a prior ruling (Jacobsen) that was from 1905 for the smallpox vaccine. But that was a true vaccine that stopped transmission. THEY AGREED THAT THE COVID19 VACCINES DO NOT STOP TRANSMISSION SO AS SUCH ARE NOT "VACCINES". SO ALL MANDATES ARE NOW ILLEGAL. AND THOSE OF US WHO WERE FORCED TO QUIT OUR JOBS, LIKE ME, CAN GO AFTER THOSE EMPLOYERS FOR RECOVERY OF LOSSES. YOU NEED TO STOP ALL IMMUNIZATIONS GOING THROUGH DANETTE. AND ALL FLOURIDE TOO.
