Good afternoon, Board members -
I will be out of the office from April 15-19, attending the National Association of County
Engineers’ conference in southern California. I will monitor and respond to emails, but there
may be delays to items that aren’t time-sensitive.
Recognizing that emergency issues may pop up in your districts that require immediate input
or feedback from Public Works, I wanted to give you a few options for timely service while
I’m away:
Scott Hightower (Assistant Director - 530-693-1701) can assist with road maintenance-
related issues and concerns.
Terry Edwards (Assitant Director – 530-370-0176) can assist with engineering, land
use, permitting, capital projects, surveying, or disaster recovery projects.
Craig Cissell (Deputy Director – Solid Waste – 209-481-0946) can assist with landfill-
related questions.
If you need to reach me in an emergency, I’ll be available via text or call at 530-913-3836.
