We have reviewed the submittal, and we have the following comment: x We generally agree with your response that the water surface elevations used between the 2010 and 2017 studies are not significant for the dams in the Buck Creek, Desabla-Centerville, and Upper North Feather River Proje cts. However, for Belden Forebay, the peak PMF water surface elevati on has increased by 1.3 feet (3,001.3 ft vs 3,002.6 ft). Determine if this increase requires an update to the latest inundation maps and the Emergency Action Plan. Within 45 days of the date of this letter, please address our comment or provide a plan and schedule to address our comment.
