Kyle Ingvoldsen, that submitted a response to our comment for the Bucks Creek Penstock Alignment
Improvement Project, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619 . We have reviewed the response, and we have the following comment: • Back calculated strength parameters (38 degrees and 390 psi for cohesion) for
the decomposed granite were utilized for stability analysis of the anchor block.
We disagree with the use of back calculated strength parameters and require
that additional information be provided to support the assumed strengths for
the onsite foundation material. Within 45 days of the date of this letter, please address our comment or provide a
plan and schedule to address our comment. File your submittal using our eFiling system
at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety;
San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must
