Canal at station number 427+55, which is a part of DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric
Project, FERC Project No. 803. We have reviewed the submittal, and we have the
following comment: • Your letter provided conflicting information on the location of the stump
removal and liner repair (station 402+03 or 427+55). Clarify the location of
the stump removal and liner repair. Provided that you address the above comment within 10 days of the date of this
letter, you are immediately authorized to proceed with construction. Failure to
adequately address our comments within 10 days will require a suspension of all work
until the comment is addressed. You are responsible for ensuring the completion of any necessary environmental
coordination with resource agencies as well as the procurement of any federal, state, or

2 Within 90 days of completion or by August 7 , 2024 , submit a brief report
documenting the stump removal and liner repair. File your submittal using our eFiling
system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam
