This letter serves as the transmittal of the South Feather Water and Power Agency’s 2023 Calendar Year Dam
Safety Surveillance and Monitoring Report (DSSMR) for your review and approval. The DSSMR includes reports
based on routine field observations, instrumentation data collected by staff and surveying conducted by an
independent consultant for the following SFPP dams:

• Ponderosa (020880801)
• Miners Ranch (020880101)
