Blackett: This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to address Action Item 1 from the 2023 annual Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
dam safety inspection of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803.
FERC inspected the project facilities with PG&E staff on July 10 through 14, 2023, and
provided follow-up action items in a letter to PG&E, dated July 21, 2023. A summary and conclusion of PG&E’s efforts to address Action Item 1 is e nclosed with this
letter (Enclosure 1). PG&E believes that Action Item 1 has been satisfactorily addressed based on the information
enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have technical
