Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension
of time to address Recommendation 4 (R-4) from a 2021 external audit of PG&E’s Owner’s
Dam Safety Program . Included with PG&E’s extension of time request is a reasoned basis
for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 12.40(d). PG&E submitted the audit report and plans and schedules for addressing the recommendations
in a letter to FERC dated May 23, 2022. The extension of time request and reason for the request are enclosed with this letter
