Bucks Storage Dam, NATDAM No. CA00332 2021 Annual FERC Inspection – Response to Comment on Follow-up Item 1 Dear Frank L. Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) response to address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comment on an extension of time
request regarding follow-up Item 1 (I-1) from the 2021 annual FERC safety inspection for
Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. PG&E received FERC’s comment in a
letter dated March 18, 2024 . In accordance with PG&E’s plan and schedule provided in its January 31, 2023, letter to
FERC , PG&E report ed on the completion of I-1 in a letter to FERC dated December 27,
2023. FERC accepted the completion of I-1 i n a letter to PG&E dated January 23, 2024 .
PG&E believes that no further information or action is required in response to FERC’s
March 18, 2024, letter regarding I-1. Should you have technical questions concerning this matter, please contact Ben Fontana,
