Subject: I have had it!
To the broad of supervisors, county of Butte.
My name is Rhonda L. Magnusson, I am a United States citizen and resident of Oroville CA,
I was not to long ago a street homeless person, I am now housed after six years on your streets!
Not for one second did I choose to be on that street, nor was it in my control to get off that street.
To late you know I tried for all those years to get off them!
I also know this to be the truth for more then half of the homeless .
Not only that, but I can honestly tell you that Butte law enforcement, as well as civil, and public
services have hiddend the homeless, and their needs!
Not only that but false charges, arrest, the disregard for are liberitys
and rights.
We are not allowed do process of the law.
I can prove what I say to be true.
To late you know I will be in to your office to present the truth as well as video to show the extent of
the misconduct that butte county civil, and public servants are willing to do.
I also have much effort in the fight for my life.
I want it to be known why I had to fight so hard, as well I want the justice I and so many others
need.
