Electric Company’s (PG&E) Poe Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) No. 2107. Pursuant to the State Water Resources Control Board
Water Quality Certification Condition 2, and Forest Service 4(e) Condition No. 23, the
Forest Service, and other interested governmental agencies , were notified of the final
water year type determination on May 9, 2024, and May 23, 2024, respectively . Enclosure 1 contains documentation of this notification . If you have any questions, please
