2023 Environmental Inspection – Documentation of Temporary Part 8 Signage Dear Secretary Reese: This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments regarding
installation of temporary part 8 recreation signage at PG&E’s Rock Creek-Cresta and Poe
Hydroelectric projects, FERC No.1962 and 2107, respectively. PG&E installed temporary
part 8 recreation signage on May 22, 2024. PG&E intends to install permanent signage by
February 6, 2025 , per FERC’s March 7, 2024, letter. Please note that Poe Dam has
permanent part 8 signage installed and Sandy Beach signage will be installed during
construction of the recreation site. Photo documentation of the temporary and permanent signage is included as Enclosure 1 . Should you have questions concerning this matter, please contact Chadwick McCready,
