Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for extension of time to address Recommendation 3 (R-3) from the 11th 5-year Part 12D safety inspection report (date d January 2021) for Bucks Diversion Dam , which is part of PG&E ’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. Included with PG&E’s extension of time request is a reasoned bas is for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 12.40(d). PG&E provided its original plan and schedule regarding R-3 in a letter to FERC dated April 1, 2021, with subsequent extensions of time request ed in letters to FERC dated May 31, 2022 and November 10 , 2023, that extended the assessment completion date to May 31 , 2024. This extension of time request and reason for the request is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
