Cruzen: This is in response to a letter dated March 29, 2024, from Mr. Matthew Joseph, that submitted a plan and schedule in response to our comment on the Sandy Beach
Recreation Improvements at Poe Dam, which is part of the Poe Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 2107. The plan and schedule to submit consultation documents by June 30,
2024, is acceptable. File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
