This submittal includes the following: 1. Development Plan. Updated based on preliminary grading, unit design modifications, and minor changes to the Tentative Parcel Map. 2. Tentative Parcel Map. Updated with minor internal lot line change in the northern portion of the Site. 3. Project Description. Updated to include proposed setbacks and additional detail on the proposed unit design. 4. Building Elevations. Preliminary architectural plan set that depicts that intended unit design and aesthetic.
