Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 068-341-010
Dear Rowland:
This letter has been written to provide updated application materials related to the General Plan
Amendment (GPA24-0001), Rezone, processed as Planned Unit Development (PUD24-0001), and Tentative
Parcel Map (TPM25-0001) proposed by the Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority (NCIHA, Applicant) on
the property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN): 068-341-010 located at 4001 Hildale Avenue,
Oroville, California (Site). This submittal includes the following:
1. Development Plan. Updated based on preliminary grading, unit design modifications, and minor
changes to the Tentative Parcel Map.
2. Tentative Parcel Map. Updated with minor internal lot line change in the northern portion of the Site.
3. Project Description. Updated to include proposed setbacks and additional detail on the proposed
unit design.
4. Building Elevations. Preliminary architectural plan set that depicts that intended unit design and
aesthetic.
