Bucks Storage Dam, NATDAM No. CA00332 Part 12D Periodic Inspection Pre-Inspection P reparation Reports ENCLOSURE CONTAINS CUI//CEII – DO NOT RELEASE Dear Frank L. Blackett : This letter presents the periodic inspection pre-inspection preparation reports (PI-PIPR) for the
following dam , which is part of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) Bucks Creek
Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619 . The PI-PIPR is prepared in accordance with Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 12.42. FERC
approved Lelio Mejia as the independent consultant (IC) and the inspect ion plan for the dam in a
letter to PG&E dated January 13, 2025. Dam Report No. Report Due Date Bucks Storage Dam 12th November 1, 2025 The PI-PIPR is enclosed with this letter for FERC review (Enclosure 1). The PI-PIPR includes no
additions or changes to the IC team. Should you have technical questions concerning this matter, please contact Ben Fontana, senior
