Basis for Intervening:
USDA Forest Service submits Notice of Intervention for P-2107 in response to
FERC's NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY FLOW MODIFICATION issued on May
12th 2025. The Poe Project (P-2107) occupies National Forest Service land
managed by the Plumas National Forest.
The Forest Service wishes to become a party to this proceeding to ensure that
the interests of the Forest Service and the public in the protection and
management of the Plumas National Forest, in accordance with statutory
authority, are adequately represented.
