RE: Request for Comments and Conditions – Tentative Parcel Map 4 Lot Split
(TPM25-0002)

The Butte County Planning Division requests your agency's/department's comments and
recommended conditions for a new project application. You may view submitted application
materials for the proposed project in TRAKiT.
Please review the application materials and provide any necessary comments or conditions
regarding the proposed project relevant to your agency's/department's area of expertise and
jurisdiction. Written comments and recommended conditions must be received by Tuesday, June
17th, and may be submitted via email to Alyssa Mendoza at amendoza@buttecounty.net, please
update your TRAKiT review accordingly.
Planning will provide an overview of the proposed application at the Inter-Departmental Review
Committee meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, June 18th at 1:00 pm in the DDS Training Room.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant proposes to subdivide their 13.14-acre parcel and create
three additional parcels, resulting in four subsequent parcels total. Proposed lots 1, 2, and 3 will
each be 1-acre in size and share a 50ft driveway. Lot 4 will be 10.14-acres in size and continue to use
the existing driveway that serves the existing single-family home.
PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on a parcel (APN 047-60-002) at the southside of Keefer
Road, approximately 680 feet West of Hereford Drive and 1,000 feet East of Garner Lane.
ZONING: VLDR (Very Low Density Residential 1-acre minimum)
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION: VLDR (Very Low Density Residential)
