FOR 2025 OUTREACH SUPPORT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $22,500 WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. 10. COLUSA SUBBASIN GROUNDWATER SUSTAINABILTY PLAN (GSP) a.
