GROUNDWATER RECHARGE PILOT PROJECTS a. *Authorize Chairman to execute Second Amendment to Agreement between Glenn Groundwater Authority and City of Orland Regarding Groundwater Recharge Pilot Project, extending the agreement until October 31, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $5,000 during the extended period. b. *Authorize Chairman to execute Second Amendment to Agreement between Glenn Groundwater Authority and Rick Martin Regarding Groundwater Recharge Pilot Project, extending agreement until October 31, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $5,000 during the extended period. 9.
