The Butte County Interdepartmental Review Committee met to review this project on June 18, 2025. Pursuant to Section 65943 of California Government Code, Title 7, Division 1, the above referenced project application has been deemed “incomplete” for the reasons listed below. This project application will remain “incomplete” until the following additional information and revisions are provided: • Tentative Parcel Map Revisions. Please revise the tentative parcel map to show the setback distances of existing structures from property lines. Remove the shown building setback lines. Include property dimensions for the proposed parcels. and identify the dashed easement line drawn across Lot 2. • Street Design Revisions. The Project must conform with one of the following options. o Option 1) Lots 1-3 Shared Access “Road”: Shared “driveways” can serve up to two lots. When three lots are served “road” design standards apply.  Here, the road must conform to North Chico Specific Plan Local Type L-V Street Standard. See North Chico Specific Plan Figure 7-3d.  If the access road exceeds 150ft, a turnaround is required.  If access to Lot 3 will be from the access road as shown on the tentative parcel map, the usable wastewater area (MUWA) shown will need to be modified. Please contact Paul Thao (Butte County Public Health Environmental Health Division). o Option 2) 2 Shared Driveways: Alternatively, revise the Project so that Lot 3 is served by Lot 4’s Existing Driveway.
