Dear Clerk of the Board,
I am unable to take time off work to attend the meeting in person.
I am writing to oppose the modification of the levy of assessments. Please do not impose this increase or include
properties with fewer than 4 rooms. Don’t make my guests pay more. The majority of my short term guests are
workers from out of town, family visiting family and parents of CSUC students.
Thank you for considering my opposition to this proposal. Guests already have to pay a 10% TOT to the city, please
don’t make them pay more. I believe it will hurt my bottom line and their pocket book. It’s just not good timing with
the cost of livings soaring as it is.
