This package is intended as a formal application for a Conditional Use Permit on behalf of
Everest Infrastructure Partners (EIP Holdings II, LLC, a Delaware LLC) and Verizon Wireless
(Sacramento Valley LP), at the above referenced location. Please find enclosed the following
supporting documents:
1. Planning Application
2. Landowner Authorization
3. Project Support Statement
4. Photo Simulations
5. Radio Frequency EME (RF-EME) Study
6. Noise Study
7. Site Plans & Elevations
A check for the Planning Fees and Williamson Act review was delivered separately this
afternoon via FeEx. The check has “Coal Canyon Rd” in the subject line.
As a new, freestanding wireless telecommunications facility, the applicants believe the 150-day
final action FCC shot clock applies to planning and building review.
