Brian Marklund 264 Via Mission Chico, CA 95928 Subject: NOTICE OF REVOCATION – ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT ADM22-0056 (APN: 017-180-010) Dear Mr. Marklund,
On January 31, 2024, you were issued an Administrative Permit (ADM22-0056) for a recreational vehicle as a temporary residence while building a permanent residence (B22-3471).
The requirements have not been met and therefore you are not incompliance with the Administrative Permit. The Administrative Permit will be presented to the Zoning Administrator for revocation based on the following:
1. One or more of the permit conditions of approval have not been complied with or fulfilled; 2. The applicant or property owner has failed or refused to allow inspections for compliance; 3. Improvements authorized by the permit are in violation of the Zoning Ordinance or any law, ordinance, regulation, or stature; and 4. The use is being operated in a manner which constitutes a nuisance The revocation hearing before the Zoning Administrator on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Development Services Training Room, located at 7 County Center Drive.
