Re:2025 Dam Safety Inspection Follow-up
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
On June 17, 2025, Ms. Eunhye Kim and Mr. Rakesh Saigal inspected Bucks Lake
Dam, which is part of Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No.619. Based on
observations made and discussions held during the inspection, the following action item
that requires your attention:
We observed a 4-inch diameter and 20-inch deep hole next to the entrance of the
access bridge to the intake tower. Evaluate and determine if repairs are necessary
to prevent the potential development of a seepage path. Implement rodent
abatement program to prevent such activities in the future
Within 45 days of the date of this letter, address our comments or provide a plan
and schedule to address our comments. File your submittal using our eFiling system at

San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu.The cover page of the filing must
